Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is carefully and securely placed onto the foundation. Ensure to position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to facilitate the precise leveling of the unit.
Place the two wedge-shaped irons in an alternate configuration. Once the unit has been leveled, execute spot welds on the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points.
The wedges should be custom-crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific real-world conditions. Ensure the contact surface is precisely finished for even contact of the inclined plane,
and verify that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2. Meticulous attention to detail is paramount.
3.3.2 Utilize a precise level to ascertain the unit's level. The meticulous leveling standards for the unit are: axial level at a precision of 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.
Precision during this step ensures optimal performance.

3.3.3 Coupling alignment is a crucial process. Prior to embarking on alignment, verify the following essential requirements:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Verify the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free from foreign objects, dirt, and any attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes must be larger than the bolts to allow for loosening and adjustment of the motor position as needed;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's foot. Ensure gaskets are free of attachments and sufficiently flat, avoiding long and thin ones for insertion between motor and base;
7) Utilize either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which must be supplied by the customer;
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the illustration provided;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is designated for affixing a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, with the probe placed on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet meticulously to align the compressor and motor center line, achieving maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face should measure between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and re-evaluate the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling; ensure accuracy for optimal function.
12) Post-motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section to complete the alignment.
3.3.4 Following the meticulous adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, proceed to securely tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten them to ensure sustained integrity.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, demands impeccable cleanliness. Prevent any solid or liquid intrusion as it may lead to irreversible damage. Maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines that comply with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements, or rectify them if they fall short. It's advisable to implement solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure pipelines are fitted with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. The compressor-connected pipeline must be supported by an independent bracket, ensuring no weight is borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary systems have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test.
