3.3.1 For peak performance of your Steam Compressor with Overall Base and Guide Vane Adjustment Features from NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, ensure the compressor base is integrally positioned on a sturdy foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base with precision to achieve an exact level.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in a skillful alternating pattern. Once perfect leveling is achieved, conduct expert spot welding of the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 precise points. The user must craft and install the wedge, tailored to the unique situation, to ensure a smooth contact surface for even force distribution.
It is vital that the contact surface is expertly finished to ensure precise contact of the inclined plane. Ensure that the wedge iron's bearing capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm2.
3.3.2 Use a precise level to meticulously establish the unit's level. Adhere to stringent leveling standards with the axial level at 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm for exceptional accuracy.
3.3.3 Follow these imperative steps to achieve flawless coupling alignment:
1) For utmost safety, ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield with precision;
3) Precisely detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring cleanliness and freedom from foreign materials;
5) Verify that motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts to allow bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Have a generous supply of high-quality stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. Ensure these gaskets are perfectly flat and free of any attachments, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a robustly crafted bracket to support the dial indicator, as demonstrated in the provided diagram;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer rim;
10) With deft precision, adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the outer circle's maximum deviation does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated relative to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face deviation maintained between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Finish by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, critically reviewing the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling for optimal alignment.
12) After successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section for seamless operation.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are expertly adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts to ensure secured stability. After mechanical or trial operations, it is crucial to loosen and retighten the bolts for enduring reliability.
3.3.5 Since the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, it is crucial to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, which could irreparably damage the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculately clean and meet the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines that fail to meet these standards must be rectified.It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to ensure system integrity.
3.3.6 Begin the precise installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. It's essential that these pipelines are equipped with the appropriate accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. Crucially, ensure that the pipeline leading to the compressor is supported independently by a dedicated bracket, thereby safeguarding the compressor body from any additional weight or stress, guaranteeing optimal performance.
3.3.7 After the main fan and its associated components have been expertly installed and the concrete foundation has set to complete solidity, you are ready to enter the thrilling phase of performing a comprehensive compressor operation test. This indispensable step serves to confirm that all components are functioning flawlessly and efficiently.
3.3.8 Carefully position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Utilize a robust threading pipe to seamlessly and discreetly route the wiring underground, connecting the compressor to the cabinet. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a strong and dependable control link that ensures efficient oversight and operation.
