3.3.3 Execute perfect coupling alignment by meticulously following these essential steps:
1) Completely shut off the main power supply to ensure maximum safety;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Precisely detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane rigorously for flatness and cleanliness, making sure it is free from any foreign materials;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts to allow motor adjustments through bolt loosening;
6) Stock a generous supply of premium stainless steel gaskets to underpin the motor's base. These gaskets must be perfectly flat and free from debris, steering clear of long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer must provide for precision;
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

Keep the inlet and outlet pipelines immaculate and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Any pipeline failing to meet these standards must be duly corrected.
Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet is highly advised to uphold system integrity.
3.3.6 Begin the installation process of the compressor's vital inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring these critical components are equipped with the necessary pipeline accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. It is imperative to provide independent support for the pipeline linked to the compressor via a separate bracket, safeguarding the compressor body from any unnecessary load or strain that could compromise its efficiency and integrity.
3.3.7 With the main fan and all its auxiliary equipment meticulously installed and the concrete foundation fully set and solidified, you are poised to enter the exhilarating phase of conducting a comprehensive compressor operation test. This crucial step is designed to confirm that every component is functioning flawlessly and that the system is ready for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor, ensuring easy access and efficient operation. Employ a resilient threading pipe to achieve a seamless connection of the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, cleverly routing it underground to maintain aesthetics and safety. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to meticulously connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, thereby establishing a strong and dependable control link for smooth operations.
