The core principle of MVR involves the compression of secondary steam, produced by the evaporator, using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process adeptly converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Remarkably, this temperature elevation returns the secondary steam back to the evaporator, creating a self-sustaining cycle where the steam heats the materials and triggers evaporation. Thus, the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam is effectively recycled, embodying a true triumph in energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base onto the foundation. To ensure precise leveling, position wedge-shaped shims under the base.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, achieving perfect alignment for the unit, and spot weld the wedges at 4-5 strategic points to secure stability.
The design and installation of the wedge should be tailored by the user to fit specific conditions, ensuring a flawlessly finished contact surface for even distribution.
The inclined plane's contact must be perfect, with the wedge iron's bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ensure accuracy. The unit's leveling needs are as follows: axial level stands at 0.05/1000mm while the horizontal alignment is 0.10/1000mm.
Perfect horizontal and axial leveling ensures optimal performance and longevity.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling alignment by following these essential steps:
1) Begin by switching off the main power supply for safety assurance;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the coupling mechanism;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for unobstructed access;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor's installation surface, ensuring it is free from debris and contaminants;
5) The motor's bolt holes should exceed the bolt's size, allowing bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Ensure readiness with ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet, keeping them attachment-free and perfectly flat, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Use a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, for which the customer is responsible;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as shown in the schematic below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach the dial indicator to the wheel hub's edge, placing its probe against the compressor wheel hub's outer rim;
10) Carefully adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor's center lines. The outer circle's deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line ideally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Once aligned, securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Recheck the coupling's outer circle and end face runout to confirm precision.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section after successfully completing the motor idling test to ensure optimal performance.
3.3.4 Once you have perfected the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operation, loosen then retighten the bolts to guarantee security.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speeds, and the presence of any solid or liquid could cause irreversible damage. Ensure that the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are pristinely clean to meet the system's steam corrosion grade. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines immediately.
We recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet to safeguard its integrity.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to integrate relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that pipelines connected to the compressor are supported by separate bracketing, with no weight burden on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Following the complete installation of the main fan and its supporting equipment, coupled with the full solidification of the concrete, you are now primed to embark on the compressor operation test. This pivotal stage ensures that all systems are seamlessly integrated and ready for peak performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet strategically within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure that the wiring from the compressor is expertly connected to the electric control cabinet via a threading pipe, which should be meticulously routed underground for added protection and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to connect the wiring terminals inside with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless and reliable communication link.
