This cycle efficiently recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, optimizing energy use and minimizing waste.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely onto its designated foundation. Underneath this base, strategically place wedge-shaped shims to assist in achieving optimal unit leveling.
Arrange these shims in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, proceed to spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring a robust setup.
Craft and position the wedge accordingly based on specific scenarios. The contact surface must be meticulously finished, guaranteeing an even and precise engagement on the inclined plane.
Be mindful that the wedge's maximum load capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain accurate leveling. The exacting leveling standards for the unit specify an axial tolerance of 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal level not surpassing 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these stringent guidelines are meticulously observed for flawless performance.

3.3.3 Align the coupling with meticulous precision. Prior to commencing alignment, confirm the prerequisites below:
1) Ensure the primary power supply is securely turned off;
2) Carefully disassemble the coupling shield;
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is devoid of debris, dust, or any unwanted attachments;
5) The motor's bolt holes must exceed the bolt size to allow easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Acquire ample stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's feet. These gaskets must be immaculate and flawlessly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy) as sourced by the customer;
8) Ready the supporting bracket for the dial indicator, as depicted in the illustrative diagram below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, enabling precise alignment with the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines, ensuring a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be elevated slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviations maintained within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts, and perform a thorough review of both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Once the motor has passed an idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Upon achieving precise 'levelness' and alignment of the compressor casing, secure the anchor bolts firmly. After conducting mechanical operations or trial runs, release and retighten the bolts to ensure steadfast stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a pivotal high-speed component, demands absolute protection. Ingress of solids or liquids could inflict irreversible harm. Ensure connecting pipelines are hygienically clean and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing these criteria must be upgraded to meet these specifications.
Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation mechanisms, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. These pipelines must adhere to the PI diagram's specifications and include essential pipeline accessories. Support these pipelines independently to prevent undue strain on the compressor structure.
3.3.7 Upon completion of the installation of the main fan and its associated equipment, and once the concrete has fully solidified to perfection, you may proceed with the operational testing of the compressor. This ensures the reliability and efficiency of the equipment, showcasing its robust performance.
3.3.8 For optimal function and streamlined operations, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring should seamlessly run underground through threading pipes, linking the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Once the cabinet is securely in place, expertly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless communication network.
