This transformation elevates both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The increased temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, thereby heating the materials and inducing further evaporation. This ingenious cycle effectively recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, optimizing energy utilization.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base steadfastly onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims, carefully positioned beneath the base, to achieve a precise unit level.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately, and after ensuring the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user in accordance with the specific situation. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished to achieve a perfectly even contact on the
inclined plane. The wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieve impeccable leveling of the unit using a level. The unit must meet stringent leveling standards: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unmatched precision.

3.3.3 Master the art of coupling centering. Before embarking on alignment, meticulously confirm the following:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section precisely;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is perfectly flat and free from foreign objects, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt size, providing the flexibility needed to loosen and adjust the motor with ease;
6) Have at the ready an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor's feet. These gaskets should be free from any attachments and impeccably flat. Avoid using lengthy and slender gaskets to wedge between the motor and base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, to be prepared by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator precisely as depicted in the figure below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for positioning a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge and positioning the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line so they are essentially on the same plane. Maximum allowable deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, and the motor shaft center line should be slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and meticulously review the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout;
12) Finally, install the coupling intermediate section after conducting a thorough motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the unit's 'levelness' and alignment are adjusted, proceed to steadfastly tighten the anchor bolts. After conducting mechanical operations (or trial operations), remember to loosen and retighten them.
3.3.5 The impeller is a crucial high-speed rotating component. Any solid or liquid ingress can inflict irreversible damage to the compressor. It is imperative to ensure the cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor, adhering to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines falling short of these conditions must be diligently addressed. It is
recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Ensure import and export pipelines are fitted with appropriate accessories in accordance with the PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor must be supported by a separate bracket, ensuring that its weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with its vital ancillary equipment, has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached its full solidification, it's time to commence the compressor operation test. This critical step ensures optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter range from the compressor itself. Utilize threading pipes for a seamless underground connection, linking the compressor to the control cabinet. When the electric control cabinet is securely in place, ensure that all wiring terminals within the cabinet are expertly connected to the remote DCS lines for a flawless operational setup.
