At its core, this technology operates on a fundamental principle: the secondary steam produced by the evaporator is efficiently compressed using a high-performance steam compressor. This process adeptly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, effectively boosting the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature steam is then returned to the evaporator, where it works its magic by heating the materials to create evaporation, thereby ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam.

It primarily consists of a robust compressor body featuring key components such as a volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Additionally, it includes a coupling, motor, and sophisticated electric instrumentation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. Underneath, place wedge-shaped shims to perfectly adjust the unit level.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons. After achieving perfect leveling, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 key points to secure them.
The manufacturing and installation of wedges should be tailored by the user according to real-world conditions. Ensure the contact surface is refined to guarantee an even contact of inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve precision leveling. The unit must adhere to strict leveling standards: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling meticulously. Prior to alignment, ensure these essential steps are completed:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply for safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the area.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness and absence of debris, ensuring a flat surface.
5) The motor bolt hole should exceed the bolt size to allow bolt loosening for motor adjustments.
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's feet. Ensure the gaskets are clean, flat, and avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Use a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, available upon client's preparation.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below.

9) Mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, positioning the probe on the edge of the compressor wheel hub for accurate readings.
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor centers, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center is slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center, with coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once both "levelness" and alignment are optimized for the casing, tighten the anchor bolts firmly. After the mechanical operations or trial runs, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed component vulnerable to damage from solid or liquid intrusion. Ensure cleanliness of the inlet and outlet pipelines and adherence to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines falling short of these standards require rectification. Consider installing solid-liquid separation devices, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's straight pipe inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, integrating appropriate pipeline accessories as denoted in the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipelines connecting to the compressor are supported by a separate bracket, never allowing their weight to rest upon the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon the installation of the main fan and its supporting equipment, and once the concrete has fully set, you can embark on the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically placed within 5 meters of the compressor itself.
