Installation Instructions

3.3.1 For unrivaled performance of your Steam Compressor with Overall Base and Guide Vane Adjustment from NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, securely situate the compressor's base on a firm foundation. Expertly position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, which are ingeniously used to finely tune the equipment to a perfectly precise level.
Craft an alternating array of wedge-shaped irons. Upon reaching a flawless leveling, deftly spot weld the wedge irons at 4 to 5 exact points. The wedge must be custom-fabricated and installed by the user, tailored for the specific application, to ensure a seamless contact surface that evenly distributes force.
The contact surface must be expertly polished to guarantee uniform contact across the inclined plane. Crucially, the bearing load of the wedge iron should not surpass 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Employ a precise level to masterfully establish the unit's balance. The rigorous leveling standards necessitate the axial level of the unit to be 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unmatched precision.

3.3.3 To achieve impeccable coupling alignment, adhere to these vital steps:
1) Completely disconnect the primary power source for maximum safety;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Precisely detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly assess the motor installation plane's flatness to ensure it is spotless and void of foreign materials;
5) Confirm the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, permitting bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of premium stainless steel gaskets for motor base support. These gaskets must be impeccably flat and free from attachments, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or precision laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy, which the customer should provide;
8) Construct a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as shown in the accompanying diagram;

9) Attach the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely fix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer rim;
10) With exceptional precision, adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor central lines. The outer circle's maximal deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line marginally elevated relative to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face deviation to lie between 0.03 and 0.05mm.

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, and rigorously inspect the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling for optimal alignment.
12) Following successful motor idle tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section for seamless operation.
3.3.4 After meticulously adjusting the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts to ensure steadfast stability. Post mechanical or trial operations, it is crucial to loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure sustained reliability.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, it is critical to avert any solid or liquid intrusion, as this could inflict irreparable damage to the compressor. Keep the inlet and outlet pipelines connecting to the compressor impeccably clean, conforming to the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines not meeting these standards must undergo necessary corrections.
It is highly advised to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to maintain system integrity.
3.3.6 It's time to skillfully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes! Adorn the import and export pipelines with the necessary pipeline accessories as vividly illustrated in the PI diagram. Remember, it is paramount that the pipeline connected to the compressor is gracefully supported by an independent bracket. This thoughtful precaution ensures that the compressor body remains free from any undue weight, preserving its integrity and performance.
3.3.7 With the main fan and its integral components meticulously installed, and the concrete foundation now solid as a rock, you're ready for the thrilling stage of conducting the compressor operation test. This pivotal step is essential to validate that every aspect is functioning in impeccable harmony, guaranteeing optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 Strategically place the electric control cabinet of the compressor within an ideal 5-meter proximity. Employ a robust threading pipe to achieve a seamless connection of wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, with the added sophistication of routing it underground. Once the control cabinet is securely positioned, proceed with precision to link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS. This establishes a strong and dependable control connection, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
