The fundamental principle lies in the efficient compression of secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process adeptly converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Through this transformation, the elevated temperature of the secondary steam is routed back to the evaporator, thereby heating the materials and inducing evaporation. This ingenious cycle ensures the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, making it a hallmark of sustainable technology.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be meticulously positioned on the foundation, incorporating wedge-shaped shims beneath for precision leveling. The process ensures the unit is perfectly aligned.
Alternate the placement of these wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, lightly spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points for stability.
These wedges should be crafted and positioned by the user, tailored to the actual conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are finely finished for optimal contact of inclined planes.

3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain perfect balance. The unit's axial leveling precision must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal leveling should be 0.10/1000mm for flawless installation.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling centering. Prior to alignment, ensure the following meticulous preparations:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to guarantee safety and prevent mishaps;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield ensuring no damage to components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Examine the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring all debris and dirt are cleared for a clean setup;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts to facilitate easy adjustments;
6) Equip yourself with ample stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are clean and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated or narrow gaskets which may compromise adjustments.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy) for optimal alignment, to be provided by the customer.
8) Prepare the necessary brackets to support the dial indicator as per the accompanying diagram.

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely position the dial indicator on the hub edge, with the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for accurate measurement.
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts diligently, aligning the compressor and motor center line. The permissible maximum deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Ensure coupling end face deviation is maintained between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously examine the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling to ensure precision.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test, ensuring optimal performance.
3.3.4 After precise 'levelness' and alignment adjustments of the casing, anchor bolts must be tightened. Post initial mechanical operation or trial run, it is imperative to loosen and retighten the bolts for enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a pivotal high-speed component, demands protection from any solid or liquid intrusion, which could lead to severe compressor damage. Thus, ensure the cleanliness and steam corrosion grade conformity of inlet and outlet pipelines. Rectification is necessary for any non-compliant pipelines.
It is advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 For optimal function, carefully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all related pipeline accessories are installed according to the PI diagram. The compressor's integrity must be maintained by supporting the connected pipeline with an independent bracket, avoiding any undue weight on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete base achieves full solidity, it is time to embark on the exhilarating compressor operation test. This crucial step unveils the capabilities of the Versatile Steam Compressor and promises a flawless performance.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensuring seamless integration, the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be elegantly housed within an underground threading pipe. Once the cabinet finds its rightful place, connect the wiring terminals within to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a network of precision and efficiency.
