Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base integrally on the foundation, ensuring stability with wedge-shaped shims underneath. These shims are essential for achieving the perfect alignment of the unit's level.
Alternately place two wedge-shaped irons and meticulously level the unit. Secure the wedge-shaped irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The user must craft and install the wedge based on specific requirements, ensuring the contact surface is flawlessly finished, achieving an even contact on the inclined plane.
The load-bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to ascertain the unit's accuracy. The axial precision requirement is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal requirement is 0.10/1000mm.
Excelling in precision standards ensures optimal operational efficiency.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling alignment with meticulous care. Prior to commencing the alignment process, verify the following essential prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the primary power supply;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Ensure the motor's installation plane is pristine, free from debris and unwanted materials;
5) The motor bolt holes should accommodate larger dimensions than the bolts themselves, facilitating ease of adjustment;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to sturdily support the motor's footing, ensuring they are immaculate and flat. Avoid using long and slender gaskets between the motor and the base.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (customer-provided equipment);
8) Arrange the supporting bracket for the dial indicator as detailed in the accompanying figure;

9) Apply the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer perimeter.
10) By finely tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor centerlines into perfect harmony. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, keeping the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, while maintaining the coupling end face within 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Ultimately, tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for assurance.;
12) Once the motor has successfully completed an idling test, proceed to reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Upon achieving ideal 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, secure the anchor bolts. Following the mechanical operation or trial run, remember to loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal firmness.

3.3.5 As the impeller is a swiftly rotating component of paramount importance, any foreign solid or liquid incurs potential irrevocable damage to the compressor. Thus, it is imperative to maintain pristine inlet and outlet pipelines that align with the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Should any pipeline fail to meet these criteria, immediate rectification is necessary. Implement solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipeline for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes, adhering to the PI diagram specifications. Ensure pipelines connected to the compressor are diligently supported by separate brackets, avoiding any undue strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are securely installed and the concrete has fully set, you can confidently initiate the compressor's operational testing phase.
