Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely positioning the compressor base on its foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims to expertly adjust the unit level.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring level accuracy, then spot weld them at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges, tailored to user-specific requirements, should be
fabricated and placed according to the unique installation environment. The contact surface must be perfectly finished to ensure even contact on inclined planes.
The load capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Utilize a high-precision level to attain flawless unit alignment. Ensure the axial level precision is 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Adhering to these specifications guarantees optimal performance.

3.3.3 Proceed to center the coupling. Prior to beginning alignment, ensure the following preparatory steps are meticulously followed:
1) Ensure the main power supply is safely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Verify that the motor installation plane is flawlessly flat, free from any debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is sufficiently larger than the bolt to allow for adjustment, providing the flexibility needed for precise positioning;
6) Prepare an adequate supply of stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's feet. These gaskets must be perfectly flat and free from any attachments; avoid using slender gaskets for adjustment;
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting a precision of 0.01mm (prepared by the customer);
8) Have ready a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Carefully adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center line. Achieve a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center is slightly elevated over the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then diligently recheck the outer circle and coupling end face runouts.;
12) Reinstall the intermediate section of the coupling post motor idling test to finalize the alignment.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts. Following a mechanical or trial operation, re-loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, rotating at high speeds, must be shielded from solid and liquid ingress, as these can inflict irreversible damage. It is crucial to ensure the connecting inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and conform to the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-conforming pipelines necessitate immediate rectification. Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, upstream of the compressor inlet's straight pipe is highly recommended.

3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines, equipping them with necessary accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. Ensure the pipelines are independently supported by auxiliary brackets to prevent strain on the compressor body, thus ensuring operational longevity.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its accompanying equipment have been securely installed and the concrete foundation has achieved full solidification, it is time to proceed with the compressor operation test. This crucial stage ensures that everything is functioning seamlessly and aligns perfectly with our high standards of efficiency and reliability.
3.3.8 To optimize the performance and accessibility of your Eco-Friendly Steam Compressor, the electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure a streamlined and secure connection, use threading pipe to route the wiring underground from the compressor to the control cabinet. Once the cabinet is firmly in place, make sure to connect the wiring terminals within the electric control cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) to guarantee seamless integration and precision control over the system.
