This intricate process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, whereupon the steam's pressure and temperature are elevated. The now-enhanced steam returns triumphantly to the evaporator, diligently heating the materials once again to generate further evaporation. This cycle of brilliance effectively recycles the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam, setting a new standard in sustainable energy use.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base on to the foundation. Slide wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling.
Alternate placement of these wedge-shaped irons and after you've achieved the ideal level, secure them with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges should be
custom-manufactured and installed by the user to suit the actual setup, ensuring the contact surface is meticulously finished. This guarantees even contact along the inclined
plane, with the bearing capacity of the wedge iron not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieve absolute precision by using a level. The leveling criteria for the unit include: an axial level accuracy of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level accuracy of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Engage in meticulous coupling centering. Before beginning this alignment process, ensure adherence to the following prerequisites:
1) Completely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Dismantle the coupling shield with care;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts to allow easy loosening and adjustment of the motor;
6) Prepare sufficient quantities of stainless steel gaskets to securely support the motor's feet. These gaskets should be devoid of contaminants, perfectly flat, and fit snugly without the need for long, thin gaskets between the motor and the base.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which the customer should provide;
8) Ready the bracket for supporting the dial indicator as depicted in the following illustration;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's rim, positioning the dial indicator probe along the perimeter of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet meticulously to align the compressor and motor center lines, achieving a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm for the coupling end face. The motor shaft center line should remain slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly in place, then re-evaluate the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout to ensure alignment perfection;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment have been fine-tuned, tighten the anchor bolts securely. After the machine's trial operation, loosen the bolts and re-tighten to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-velocity rotating marvel, requires utmost protection against solids or liquids, which can inflict irreversible damage on the compressor. Therefore, ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectify any pipelines falling short of this standard, and
it's highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, just before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Connect import and export pipes with essential pipeline accessories according to the PI diagram. Ensure the pipes linking to the compressor are supported by an independent bracket, and the compressor body does not bear their weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with its auxiliary equipment, has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you are ready to initiate the comprehensive compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is in place for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For seamless integration and functionality, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be executed via underground threading pipes for maximum efficiency. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, make certain that the wiring terminals within it are expertly connected to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless communication and control.
