At the core of this revolutionary process lies the principle of compressing secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a highly efficient steam compressor. This transformation ingeniously converts electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature then returns the enriched steam to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and driving evaporation, thus masterfully recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to fine-tune the unit's level, ensuring optimal performance.
Place alternating wedge-shaped irons to achieve leveling precision, then carefully spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. The user is responsible for manufacturing and installing these wedges according to site-specific conditions.
Ensure the contact surface is expertly finished, providing even contact on the inclined plane. The wedge iron should have a bearing capacity no greater than 40Kg/cm², emphasizing safety and reliability.

3.3.2 Use a precision level to accurately determine the unit’s level. The meticulous leveling criteria: maintain an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 To achieve precise coupling alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met before commencing the alignment process:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is impeccably flat, devoid of debris, dirt, or any attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening to facilitate motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an adequate number of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor foot. These gaskets should be free from attachments and sufficiently flat. Avoid using elongated and thin gaskets for insertion between the motor and base.
7) Utilize either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a bracket for supporting the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying figure;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for positioning a dial indicator along the wheel hub edge, allowing precise placement of the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, ensure alignment of the compressor and motor center lines, or according to specific instructions. The maximum permissible deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line being slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Once aligned, securely tighten the motor foot bolts, conducting a thorough review of the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) After successful motor idling, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, make sure to tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation or trial, loosen and re-tighten these bolts to ensure steadfastness.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-velocity rotating component, must remain free from solid or liquid contaminants to avoid irreversible damage. It is imperative to maintain cleanliness of the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, meeting the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines not conforming to these standards require immediate rectification.
It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precise adherence to the PI diagram specifications. Ensure all pipeline accessories are properly fitted, supporting the pipeline with an independent bracket to prevent excessive load on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete has reached its full strength and solidity, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. This stage ensures that all systems are primed and ready for optimal performance, setting the foundation for a seamless and efficient operational experience.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor for ease of access and enhanced operational effectiveness. To maintain a sleek and organized setup, the wiring between the compressor and the electric control cabinet should be elegantly threaded through an underground conduit. Once the control cabinet is properly installed, it's crucial to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a robust and reliable integration for superior control and monitoring.
