Employ wedge-shaped shims with precision to achieve flawless leveling of the unit, offering unparalleled stability and operational excellence.
Position the wedge-shaped irons in a strategic alternating formation, allowing the unit to reach immaculate leveling. Once achieved, proceed to expertly spot weld these wedge-shaped irons at precisely 4 to 5 defined points. It is essential that these wedges are custom-crafted and user-installed to align with specific installation contexts, guaranteeing a smooth contact surface for uniform force distribution.
Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished to facilitate impeccable contact of the inclined plane. It is absolutely vital that the wedge iron's bearing capacity remains below 40Kg/cm2 to maintain operational integrity.

3.3.2 Deploy a precision level to achieve meticulous leveling of the unit. Stringent standards stipulate the axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be set at 0.10/1000mm. This guarantees outstanding precision and operational superiority.

3.3.3 Perfect coupling alignment is paramount. Attain this by diligently following these imperative steps:
1) Absolutely ensure that the main power supply is thoroughly turned off to maximize safety;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with utmost precision;
4) Conduct a meticulous inspection of the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is pristine and devoid of any foreign materials;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes exceed the bolts themselves in size, facilitating bolt loosening for precise motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of top-tier stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets must be impeccably flat, devoid of any attachments, and avoid utilizing long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Use a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer should provide;
8) Fabricate a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the provided diagram;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely attach a dial indicator to the wheel hub's edge, positioning the dial indicator probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;

3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been expertly adjusted, confidently tighten the anchor bolts to assure secured stability. After mechanical or trial operations, it is crucial to loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure sustained reliability.
3.3.5 Considering the impeller's role as a high-speed rotating component, preventing any solid or liquid intrusion is of utmost importance, as such intrusion could cause irrevocable damage to the compressor. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are impeccably clean and meet the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Should these pipelines not meet the required standards, necessary rectifications must be undertaken.
To fortify system integrity, it is highly advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Begin the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Ensure the import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary pipeline accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. It is crucial to support the pipeline connected to the compressor with a separate bracket to prevent any unnecessary weight from affecting the compressor body, thus safeguarding its integrity and performance.
3.3.7 Following the meticulous installation of the main fan and its related equipment, and once the concrete foundation has reached its complete solidity, you are ready to embark on the exhilarating stage of performing a compressor operation test. This indispensable step guarantees that every component is operating flawlessly and efficiently, ensuring optimal performance.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the unit. Employ a robust threading pipe to seamlessly connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, artfully concealing it underground. With the electric control cabinet securely in place, proceed with care to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, creating a resilient and dependable control link for optimal operation.
