Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve a perfectly level unit.
Alternately place two wedge-shaped irons, and once the unit is leveled, spot weld the wedges at 4-5 points for secure stability.
The user must manufacture and install the wedges based on actual conditions, ensuring a fine finish on the contact surface for even positioning on inclined planes.
Ensure the wedge iron's bearing capacity does not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to establish the unit's exact level. Maintain stringent leveling standards: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
These measurements are crucial for optimal performance and longevity.

3.3.3 It is essential to center the coupling accurately. Before starting the alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Safely disconnect the main power supply to prevent accidents.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the coupling mechanism.
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling for thorough alignment.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously for any foreign particles, dirt, or attachments that could affect precision.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolt size to allow for necessary adjustments and easy loosening.
6) Have ample flat, clean stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's foot, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an exceptional accuracy of 0.01mm, as provided by the customer.
8) Prepare a robust bracket for securing the dial indicator as illustrated below for precise measurement.

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for attaching a dial indicator at the hub's edge, ensuring precise alignment with the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center is slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft.

11) After alignment, securely tighten the motor foot bolts, double-checking the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Once the motor idling test is successfully completed, reassemble the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following the alignment and level correction of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. Post-operation or trial operation, loosen and retighten these bolts to ensure durability.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible damage. Maintain cleanliness and adherence to system standards in connected pipelines, adding separation equipment where necessary.
3.3.6 Proceed with installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, integrating relevant pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Supporting brackets must bear the pipeline's weight, not the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and ancillary equipment are securely installed and the concrete is fully set, initiate a comprehensive compressor operation test to ensure flawless performance.
