The elevated temperature seamlessly returns the secondary steam to the evaporator, where it serves to heat the materials and trigger evaporation. This sophisticated cycle effectively recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, epitomizing sustainable energy utilization.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by seamlessly placing the compressor base on its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to perfect the unit's level; this offers sophisticated adjustability.
Strategically arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Post-leveling, spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 key points ensuring precision and stability.
Users should manufacture and install the wedges tailored to their specific needs. Ensure the contact surface is refined for even pressure distribution.
Bear in mind, the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level for accurate alignment. Adhere to the following precision standards for the unit: Axial level should be 0.05/1000mm; horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable coupling centering by adhering to these preliminary requisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is safely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for any foreign particles, dust, or attachments;
5) Verify that motor bolt holes are suitably larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for loosening and adjustment;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to snugly fit beneath the motor. Ensure these are pristine and uniformly flat. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Deploy a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (provided by the customer);
8) Have a bracket ready to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) Use a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the hub's edge, with the probe touching the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Align the compressor and motor center lines using adjustment bolts around the motor feet. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Keep the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviation confined to 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts and conduct a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle and end face runout;;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling's intermediate section post motor idle test.
3.3.4 Upon achieving desired 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical or trial operation, release and retighten these bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 With the impeller being a high-speed marvel, avoid any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure that all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and comply with the steam corrosion grade standards. Rectify any pipelines that don't meet these conditions.
It is highly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Attach import and export pipelines with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. Support all pipelines independently with brackets, ensuring they do not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its associated ancillary equipment are securely installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, it's time to proceed with the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. To ensure a clean and organized installation, use threading pipe to channel the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet, with all connections running underground. Once the cabinet is firmly in place, seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals within the electric control cabinet with the remote DCS lines, establishing a robust and reliable connection.
