The core principle involves the secondary steam produced by the evaporator being expertly compressed using a high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, enhancing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The increased temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, efficiently heating the materials and sparking further evaporation. This continuous process masterfully recycles the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, showcasing a true innovation in energy sustainability.

Its design boasts a compact and streamlined structure, ensuring maintenance is both simple and hassle-free. 3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Strategically slide wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in alternating fashion. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, perform spot welding at 4 to 5 key points, ensuring stability.
Create and install wedges according to the specific requirements of your setup. The contact surface must be flawlessly finished for uniform contact.
Ensure the inclined plane of the wedge iron can withstand up to 40Kg/cm² without exceeding this limit.2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to guarantee precision leveling. The axial level must achieve 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.
The parameters ensure the unit operates with optimal alignment and efficiency.
3.3.3 For perfect coupling alignment, adhere to the following preparatory steps:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is impeccably flat and free from debris or foreign particles;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt sizes for easy adjustment;
6) Equip with adequate, attachment-free stainless steel gaskets for motor base coverage. Avoid long, thin gaskets for precise adjustments;
7) Use a dial indicator or a laser alignment tool with a precision of 0.01mm, which should be procured by the customer;
8) Have a bracket ready to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;
9) Mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, positioning its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center line, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm on the outer circle.
11) Secure motor foot bolts, reassessing both outer circle and coupling end-face runouts.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section after conducting a motor idling test.
3.3.4 Upon achieving ideal levelness and alignment, firmly fasten the anchor bolts. Re-tighten post-mechanical operation to solidify stability.
3.3.5 To protect the high-speed impeller from irreversible damage, ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and meet the system's steam corrosion standards. Modify any pipeline that falls short of these criteria.Implement solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber, before the compressor's inlet straight pipe for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Securely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Refer to the PI diagram for appropriate pipeline accessories. Ensure pipelines are supported by a separate bracket, not the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its auxiliary components have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidification, you are ready to embark on the exciting compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the optimal performance and efficiency of your innovative compressor system.
3.3.8 For the seamless integration of the electric control cabinet, it should be positioned within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the control cabinet should be expertly managed with a threading pipe, designed to run discreetly underground. Upon securing the control cabinet into its designated position, ensure that the wiring terminals are meticulously connected to the lines at the remote DCS, paving the way for a streamlined, efficient operational setup.
