The ingenious principle at play involves the compression of secondary steam, produced by an evaporator, using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process masterfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, which consequently elevates the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The resulting increase in temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, efficiently heating materials to instigate evaporation. This cycle brilliantly recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, epitomizing sustainable innovation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the seamless installation of your compressor base by setting it integrally on the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to fine-tune the unit's level.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is level, spot weld the wedge irons at 4 to 5 strategic points to ensure stability. Remember, the wedges should be
precisely manufactured and installed based on the user's specific conditions. The contact surface should be meticulously finished for even contact on the inclined
plane. Ensure the wedge iron's bearing capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level tool to achieve precision leveling. The unit's leveling criteria demand an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, while maintaining a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Perfect the installation by centering the coupling. Before initiating alignment, affirm the following prerequisites:
1) Definitively switch off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation surface to eradicate any debris, dirt, or extraneous materials;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts to allow looseness and fine-tuning of motor alignment;
6) Ready an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage. Gaskets should be devoid of attachments and adequately flat, avoiding long, thin gaskets between motor and base;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm), sourced by the customer;
8) Arrange the necessary bracket for dial indicator support, as illustrated below;

9) Implement the motor hub mounting bracket to secure the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust motor feet bolts to align compressor and motor center lines precisely, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center should be slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center by 0.03~0.05mm on the coupling end face;

11) Once alignment is achieved, firmly tighten motor foot bolts and recheck the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Conclude preparations by installing the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Secure the alignment by tightening anchor bolts after adjusting 'levelness' and alignment. Post mechanical operation or trial, retighten bolts for ensured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed rotating component. It must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible compressor damage. Ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing to meet this criterion require immediate correction. It is advised
to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet's straight piping.
3.3.6 Proceed with the meticulous installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are fitted with appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipelines connected to the compressor must be independently supported by another bracket, maintaining the compressor's structural integrity by not bearing their weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supplementary equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete has reached complete solidity, it's time to proceed with the compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures the system's readiness and optimal performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor for efficiency. The connection process involves threading the wiring through underground pipes directly linking the compressor to its electric control cabinet. Once the cabinet is securely in place, ensure the wiring terminals within it are accurately connected to the remote DCS lines, facilitating seamless operation and control.
