3.3.1 The compressor base is meticulously positioned on the foundation, ensuring its stability and precision. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, which are essential for leveling the unit.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly level, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points, ensuring a secure fit.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions. It's crucial that the contact surface is well-finished for even distribution.

3.3.2 Use a precision level to ensure accuracy. The leveling criteria for the unit are stringent: with an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level accuracy of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Align the coupling with exacting precision, ensuring optimal performance. Before beginning the alignment process, verify these crucial conditions:
1) Securely shut off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, and other obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts, allowing for easy loosening to adjust the motor as needed;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets for support beneath the motor feet. These gaskets must be perfectly flat and free of attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (supplied by the customer);
8) Have a bracket ready to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying diagram;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, aligning the probe with the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to ensure the compressor and motor center lines align precisely. Aim for a maximum deviation on the outer circle of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should range between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) After alignment, securely fasten the motor foot bolts and reassess both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post-motor idling test to ensure seamless operation.
3.3.4 Following the successful adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After conducting a trial run or regular operation, remember to loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller's integrity is paramount, as it rotates at high speed. To prevent irreversible damage, ensure that the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are spotless and meet the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must be rectified immediately.It's strongly advised to install solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet, to maintain a pristine operational environment.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Attach the necessary pipeline accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported independently by another bracket, as the compressor body should not bear its weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached complete solidity, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This step marks a significant milestone in ensuring the seamless performance of your machinery.
3.3.8 The sophisticated electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To achieve flawless connectivity, the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be securely encased in threading pipes, which will be installed underground. After positioning the electric control cabinet, proceed to connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet to the corresponding lines in the remote DCS, ensuring an efficient and reliable communication link.
