The elevated temperature enables the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials and induces evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation by placing the compressor base securely and integrally on its designated foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely adjust the unit's level.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating manner. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, proceed to spot weld these wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring stability.
The wedges must be crafted and set up by the user, tailored to specific conditions. It's imperative that the contact surfaces are impeccably finished, ensuring complete and even contact of the inclined planes.
Importantly, ensure the bearing capacity of each wedge iron does not surpass 40Kg per square centimeter.

3.3.2 Utilize a precise level to ascertain the unit's alignment. The unit must meet stringent leveling standards: an axial level precision of 0.05 per 1000mm, and a horizontal level of 0.10 per 1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Before commencing alignment, ensure that you satisfy critical prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the primary power supply to ensure safety.
2) Detach the protective coupling shield for direct access.
3) Eliminate the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate alignment.
4) Examine the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is devoid of any dust, debris, or foreign attachments.
5) The motor bolt holes should be adequately larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for loosening and facilitating motor adjustments.
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets prepared to adequately cushion the motor's foot. These gaskets must be entirely free from attachments and sufficiently flat; avoid using elongated or slender gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which should be acquired by the customer.
8) Prepare a bracket designed to support the dial indicator, as demonstrated in the schematic illustration below.

9) Attach the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, placing the dial indicator on the hub's edge. The indicator probe should align with the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub for precise measurement.
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts to effectively align the compressor and motor centerlines, adhering to specific instructions. The maximum deviation of the outer circle should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated over the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm.

11) Upon completing the alignment process, securely fasten the motor foot bolts, and re-examine the coupling for any outer circle runout and end face runout.;
12) Conclude the installation by fitting the coupling's intermediate section once the motor has successfully passed the idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are finely adjusted and the mechanical operation or trial run is conducted, tighten the anchor bolts. Post-operation, it's crucial to loosen and re-tighten these bolts to ensure absolute fastening.
3.3.5 The impeller, a sophisticated high-speed rotating component, must be safeguarded from solid or liquid intrusion, which could inflict irreversible damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, aligning with the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines that fall short require immediate rectification.
It is advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet for optimal protection.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines should incorporate appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram's specifications. These pipelines must be supported by an independent bracket to prevent imposing their weight on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying equipment are expertly installed, and the concrete foundation has solidified to perfection, you are ready to embark on the next phase: the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the equipment's optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 To guarantee seamless operation, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. For secure and efficient connectivity, use threading pipe to lay the wiring underground, connecting the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Once the cabinet is in position, expertly link the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet with the remote DCS lines, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
