This powerhouse encompasses an array of sophisticated components including the robust compressor body, sleek coupling, precision-engineered gearbox, advanced lubrication system, powerful motor, cutting-edge electric instrumentation, and a state-of-the-art anti-surge control system. 3.3.1 The sophisticated compressor base should be entirely and precisely placed upon its solid foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims strategically beneath the base to ensure a perfectly level unit.
Use alternating wedge-shaped irons for precision leveling, then skillfully spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 points, securing them firmly in place.
These wedges are to be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to their specific circumstances. Ensure the contact surfaces are finished for flawless even contact,
with the wedge iron's bearing capacity not exceeding a robust 40Kg/cm2.)
3.3.2 Employ a level with precision to achieve the unit's leveling requirements: Axial level of the unit at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm, providing unmatched stability and accuracy.
Ensure the unit's horizontal level is at a superior 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Master the art of coupling alignment by ensuring these preliminary steps are diligently followed:
1) Securely cut off the main power supply, ensuring safety first.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to gain access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision.
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, or attachments.
5) Design the motor bolt hole to exceed the bolt size, allowing for easy loosening to fine-tune motor adjustments.
6) Gather ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's footing. Gaskets must be clean and perfectly flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, supplied by you, the esteemed customer.
8) Have the bracket ready for the dial indicator's support, as demonstrated in the accompanying diagram.
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for precise measurements.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center line with precision. Limit the outer circle deviation to 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line exceeding the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and maintain a coupling end face tolerance of 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Following the motor's idling test, seamlessly install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After achieving impeccable 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, anchor bolts must be tightened securely. Post mechanical operation (or trial run), revisit and re-tighten these bolts for enhanced security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be safeguarded against any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible compressor damage. It is imperative to ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and comply with steam corrosion grade requirements.For added protection, consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are fitted with appropriate accessories per the PI diagram. Brackets should support the pipelines connected to the compressor, ensuring their weight is not a burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment is finalized and the concrete base has reached full solidity, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the reliability and efficiency of your setup.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To maintain a seamless and orderly appearance, connect the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet using a threading pipe that runs discreetly underground. After the cabinet is securely installed, ensure that the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet are meticulously connected to the remote DCS lines, guaranteeing optimal operational performance.
