3.3.1 To ensure the unrivaled performance and longevity of your Steam Compressor with Overall Base and Guide Vane Adjustment Features from NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, position the compressor base solidly onto a stable foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base with precision, skillfully adjusting the unit to achieve a perfectly level position.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in a strategic alternating pattern. Once the unit reaches an impeccable level, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 exact points. The wedge must be meticulously crafted and installed by the user, customized to the specific conditions, ensuring a flawless contact surface for even force distribution.
The contact surface must be masterfully finished to ensure impeccable contact of the inclined plane. It is critical that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm2, maintaining structural integrity.
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to meticulously establish the unit's level. The rigorous leveling standards require the axial level of the unit to be 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal level set at 0.10/1000mm to ensure exceptional accuracy.
3.3.3 Achieve flawless coupling alignment by following these essential steps:

2) Carefully remove the coupling shield with precision;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with utmost care;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness to ensure it is pristine and free from foreign materials;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for bolt loosening during motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of premium stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets must be impeccably flat and free of any attachments—avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a robustly crafted bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the provided diagram;
9) Securely mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge using the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, positioning the dial indicator probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;

The maximum deviation of the outer circle should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face deviation maintained between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, and critically review the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling for supreme alignment.
12) Following successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section, ensuring seamless operation and performance.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been expertly adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts to ensure secured stability. After mechanical operation or trial operation, it is essential to loosen and retighten the bolts to guarantee enduring reliability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, it is crucial to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, as this would irrevocably damage the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristinely clean and meet the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines not meeting these standards must undergo necessary rectifications.It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to ensure system integrity and optimal performance.
3.3.6 Begin the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision and care. Ensure that the import and export pipelines are adorned with the necessary pipeline accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. It is vital that the pipeline connected to the compressor is firmly supported by an independent bracket, safeguarding the compressor body from any excess weight.
3.3.7 Upon the meticulous installation of the main fan and its associated equipment and the complete solidification of the concrete foundation, you are ready to embark on the exhilarating stage of conducting a compressor operation test. This essential step is designed to verify that all components function harmoniously.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. Utilize a robust threading pipe for a seamless connection of the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring it is elegantly routed underground. With the electric control cabinet securely in place, proceed to carefully connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, forging a strong and dependable control link.
