Fundamentally, the principle revolves around compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process spectacularly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. Consequently, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam are elevated, allowing it to return triumphantly to the evaporator. There, it effectively heats the materials and triggers evaporation, ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims under the base to perfectly adjust the unit's level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately to achieve precise leveling. Once leveled, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4~5 strategic points to ensure stability. The user is responsible for manufacturing and installation, tailored to specific conditions.
Ensure that the contact surface is finely finished for optimal even contact of the inclined plane. The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not surpass 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Use a level to achieve impeccable precision. The unit's leveling criteria are stringent: the axial level of the unit is set at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Precision in coupling alignment is critical. Before commencing alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Remove the coupling shield to facilitate safe access;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section meticulously;
4) Verify the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, and other attachments;
5) The motor bolt hole must be sized larger than the bolt to allow easy loosening and adjustment of the motor;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's foot precisely, without any attachments. Ensure they are sufficiently flat and avoid inserting long, thin gaskets between motor and base.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Arrange the bracket to support the dial indicator efficiently, as illustrated below.

9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket for the dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, placing the indicator probe precisely on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet carefully to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. The maximum deviation of the outer circle should be no more than 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should maintain a deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude the process by tightening the motor foot bolts securely, and reviewing both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for precision.
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section after successfully conducting a motor idling test.
3.3.4 After fine-tuning the casing 'levelness' and alignment, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Upon completing mechanical operation or trial runs, loosen and retighten them for assured security.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating marvel, essential to shield it against any solid or liquid intrusion that could cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure that the pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectify any non-conforming pipelines immediately. Proactively install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.

3.3.6 Proceed with installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere strictly to the PI diagram when outfitting import and export pipelines with the appropriate accessories. Ensure that the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported by a separate bracket, not by the compressor body itself, to maintain structural integrity.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of both the main fan and its ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has reached full solidification, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. This critical step ensures that all components are perfectly aligned and ready for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter proximity of the compressor for seamless integration. Ensure that the electrical connection from the compressor to the cabinet is expertly managed through threading pipes installed underground for enhanced safety and protection. Once the cabinet is securely in place, meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a flawless link for superior operational control.
