This remarkable process begins when the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is expertly compressed using a high energy efficiency steam compressor. This compression process superbly converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an impressive rise in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature then efficiently returns the secondary steam to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and induces evaporation. This brilliant cycle allows for the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, optimizing energy usage and promoting sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 For seamless installation, the compressor base should be flawlessly positioned on the foundation. Carefully insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling.
Alternate placement of the wedge-shaped irons, ensuring that after leveling, they are spot welded at 4~5 strategic points for stability. Precision in the manufacturing and installation of the wedges is crucial for optimal performance.
It is essential that the user manufactures and installs the wedge according to site-specific requirements. The crafting of the contact surface should aim for perfection, ensuring even contact with the inclined plane.
The robust design requires that the wedge iron withstands a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieve precision by using a level to fine-tune the unit's alignment. The axial level must reach an impeccable 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must be no less than 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these meticulous leveling standards for optimal functionality and efficiency of the unit.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is paramount. Verify the following setup conditions before embarking on alignment:
1) Safety first: Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Remove the coupling shield with care to avoid any damage;
3) Gently detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for unrestricted access;
4) Rigorously inspect the motor installation plane for any debris or dirt to maintain a clean, smooth surface;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is adequately larger than the bolt size, allowing for optimal adjustment and alignment flexibility;
6) Stock up on premium-quality stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet. These gaskets should be devoid of imperfections and robust enough to ensure firm support.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, for unparalleled alignment accuracy.
8) Securely prepare the bracket for the dial indicator, essential for precise measurements and adjustments;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket plays a crucial role in mounting the dial indicator. Ensure its precise placement on the wheel hub edge for accurate readings.
10) Through meticulous adjustment of the motor feet bolts, align the compressor and motor center line flawlessly, adhering to a maximum deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and conduct a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for optimal performance.;
12) After conducting a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section for seamless operation.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's "levelness" and alignment, ensure the anchor bolts are meticulously tightened. Conduct a trial mechanical operation, then retighten the bolts to ensure reliability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands utmost care; any foreign solid or liquid incurs potential irreversible damage, making cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines critical.
To mitigate risks, integrating cutting-edge solid-liquid separation equipment (gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) at the compressor's inlet is highly recommended.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines should be fitted with precise pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram, with external support to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, it is time to initiate the compressor operation test, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor for optimal access. Ensure all wiring from the compressor to this cabinet is securely routed through a protective underground threading pipe. Upon finalizing the electric control cabinet's placement, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust and efficient communication pathway.
