The fundamental principle involves compressing the secondary steam from the evaporator using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. As a result, the increased temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, heating the materials and facilitating evaporation. This cycle of recycling the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam exemplifies cutting-edge efficiency.
The Oil-film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is a state-of-the-art turbine equipment powered by a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Its engineering marvel lies in the impeller being directly mounted at the shaft extension end of the motor. The rotor is ingeniously supported by an oil film bearing, enabling seamless direct drive by the high-speed motor. This eliminates the need for a speed-increasing box and coupling, paving the way for unparalleled performance and reliability.
3.3.1 The compressor base should be securely positioned on the foundation. To achieve an impeccable level, gently place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base. These shims are instrumental in adjusting the unit's level.
Alternately place two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, ensure to spot weld these irons at 4~5 strategic points. It's essential that the wedges are meticulously
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the actual situation. The contact surface must be finished to ensure even contact on the inclined planes, with an impressive
bearing capacity that must not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to calibrate the unit. Your aim is to achieve extraordinary leveling results: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm that are a testament to engineering excellence.
3.3.3 Perfect coupling centering is crucial. Before embarking on alignment, ensure the following steps are meticulously followed:
1) The main power supply must be completely turned off; ensuring safety at all times.
2) The coupling shield should be carefully removed, preparing for precise alignment;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision.
4) Assure the motor installation plane is impeccable, devoid of any debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments.
5) Ensure that the motor bolt hole is sufficiently larger than the bolt size. This allows the bolt to be loosened for optimal motor adjustments.
6) Prepare a generous supply of stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's foot. These gaskets must be flawless, devoid of impurities, and absolutely flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an impressive accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer).
8) Prepare a bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the diagram below.
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is crucial for placing a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe is precisely positioned on the compressor hub's outer edge.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to ensure perfect alignment. The compressor and motor center line should be perfectly aligned, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line must be superior to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face deviation should be meticulously between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Finally, tighten the motor foot bolts securely, and conduct a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle and end face runout to ensure impeccable alignment.;
12) Once the motor idling test is successful, re-install the coupling intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 After achieving the desired "levelness" and alignment of the casing, proceed to securely tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operations or trial runs, it is prudent to loosen and then retighten these bolts, ensuring consistent stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a marvel of high-speed rotation, vulnerable to irreversible damage from any intruding solids or liquids. Therefore, guarantee that the pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and satisfy the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Any pipelines not meeting this standard must undergo rectification. Integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet is highly recommended.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Import and export pipelines must be equipped with relevant accessories, as depicted in the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported by an independent bracket, preventing undue weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and ancillary equipment are installed and the concrete has fully solidified, the compressor is primed for its operational test, promising optimal performance and reliability.
