The core concept revolves around the highly efficient steam compressor, which compresses the secondary steam generated by the evaporator. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, effectively elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Once enhanced, this steam is fed back into the evaporator, where it heats the materials, triggering evaporation. This cycle ingeniously recaptures and recycles the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, showcasing a remarkable advancement in energy reuse.

It is expertly assembled with key components, including a robust compressor body featuring a volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Additionally, the system incorporates a coupling, motor, and electric instrumentation to ensure optimal performance. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base on a well-prepared foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust its level.
Alternate the placement of these wedge-shaped irons, ensuring that the unit is levelled accurately, and spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points to maintain stability.
The wedges should be crafted and fitted by the user, tailored to specific requirements, ensuring the contact surface is ideally finished for uniform contact.
Ensure that the bearing capacity of each wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level instrument to ensure optimal leveling. Adhere to stringent leveling standards: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Precision in these measurements is crucial for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Engage in meticulous coupling alignment, ensuring that all preparatory steps are adhered to before proceeding:
1) Ensure safety by switching off the main power supply.
2) Dismantle the coupling shield with care to access the coupling.
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for better access.
4) Verify the motor installation plane is flat and free from debris or obstructions.
5) Ensure that motor bolt holes are appropriately sized larger than the bolts to facilitate adjustments.
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets for motor support, ensuring they are free of attachments and flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ precision tools like a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy.
8) Have the necessary bracket ready to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.

9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor's feet using the adjustment bolts so that the compressor and motor center lines align closely, with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess the runout of the coupling's outer circle and end face.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section after conducting a motor idling test.
3.3.4 After achieving perfect 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. During or after a trial run, loosen and re-tighten these bolts to ensure durability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating part, must remain untainted by solids or liquids. Any contamination can inflict severe damage to the compressor. Hence, ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and meet steam corrosion resistance requirements. Preemptively install solid-liquid separation equipment.
3.3.6 Proceed to install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow PI diagram protocols for installing relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that connected pipelines are supported by independent brackets, preventing undue weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are securely installed, and the concrete has reached full solidity, it's the perfect moment to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures that everything is functioning smoothly and efficiently.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5 meters of the compressor. To ensure seamless connectivity, the wiring should be elegantly threaded through pipes and carefully placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is installed, it's essential to connect its wiring terminals with the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), guaranteeing a reliable and efficient setup.
