3.3.1 Begin your installation by meticulously placing the compressor base integrally upon the foundation. Ensure precision by positioning wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, skillfully spot welding them at 4 to 5 strategic points post-leveling. These wedges should be
constructed and installed by the user, tailored to the specific site conditions, ensuring a seamless contact surface through professional finishing.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the exact levelness. The unit’s axial level should achieve a remarkable precision of 0.05/1000mm, while maintaining a horizontal stability of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Attain coupling alignment with precision. Prior to initiating the alignment process, ensure compliance with the following essential prerequisites:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts, allowing for bolt loosening to facilitate motor adjustment;
6) Gather ample flat, stainless steel gaskets to support the motor foot. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Engage a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precise accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be procured by the customer;
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below;
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Calibrate the motor and compressor alignment by adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, ensuring alignment of their center lines with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm, while maintaining the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation at 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, thoroughly reviewing both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section after conducting a motor idling test to ensure smooth operation.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation or trial operation, loosen then retighten the bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a crucial high-speed component, must remain free of any solid or liquid contaminants, which could severely damage the compressor. Thus, it is imperative to ensure the cleanliness and compliance of all pipelines attached to the compressor with the system's steam corrosion requirements. Pipelines not fulfilling these criteria must be upgraded.It is recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet piping. All import and export pipelines should feature relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. Additionally, ensure that the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported independently by a separate bracket, with no weight resting on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its supplementary equipment has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you are ready to embark on the operation test of the compressor. This critical step ensures the seamless and efficient functionality of the robust system, setting the stage for superior performance in the drying process.
3.3.8 For optimal installation, position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. It's essential to ensure that the connection from the compressor to the cabinet is done using threading pipes, strategically routed underground for maximum safety and efficiency. Once the control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within it, carefully integrating them with the remote DCS lines to establish a reliable and effective operational framework.
