Strategically arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once perfectly leveled, skillfully spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points. This ensures stable support.
The user is responsible for crafting and installing wedges tailored to their specific conditions. The contact surface must be finely finished for uniform contact and maximum stability.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve meticulous alignment. The unit's axial level must be adjusted to a precision of 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.
Maintain these exacting standards for optimal performance and reliability.

3.3.3 Achieving perfect coupling alignment is essential for seamless operation. Prior to beginning, ensure the following safety and preparation steps:
1) Securely shut off the main power supply to prevent any accidental start-up.
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield to access the components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor's installation plane to ensure it's free of debris, dirt, and unwanted materials.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately sized larger than the bolts, allowing for necessary adjustments.
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to provide solid footing for the motor. They must be clean, flat, and free from any imperfections. Avoid using unsuitable long, thin gaskets.
7) Utilize either a dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm. These tools are the customer's responsibility to provide.
8) Have the appropriate supporting bracket for the dial indicator ready, as depicted in the accompanying illustration.

9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub edge, ensuring precision by placing the probe on the outer compressor wheel hub edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet meticulously to align the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should be between 0.03 and 0.05mm.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts. Conduct a thorough review of the outer circle and end face runouts to ensure perfect alignment.;
12) Once verified, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section after completing the motor's idling test to ensure flawless integration.
3.3.4 Post alignment, tighten the anchor bolts securely. After conducting a mechanical trial operation, remember to loosen and re-tighten the bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 Prevent any damage to the high-speed rotating impeller by ensuring that no solid or liquid materials enter it. Maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines per system steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines must be modified accordingly.
Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all related pipeline accessories are fitted according to the precise PI diagram. The pipelines should be independently supported by a separate bracket, never imposing weight on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its ancillary equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test.
