The core principle revolves around the high-efficiency steam compressor's ability to compress secondary steam generated by the evaporator, ingeniously converting electrical energy into thermal energy. This conversion process elevates the steam's pressure and temperature, sending the revitalized steam back to the evaporator. Here, it plays a pivotal role in heating materials and inducing evaporation, thereby ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, making the entire process remarkably efficient and sustainable.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely on the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims underneath to finely tune the unit level.
Position two of these wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, affix the wedges with spot welding at 4 to 5 points. These precision-engineered wedges should be
custom-crafted and installed by you, tailored to your specific setup. Ensure the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for optimal evenness and contact of inclined planes.
Make certain the bearing capacity of each wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain absolute precision. The unit's leveling criteria are stringent: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Before aligning, adhere to these vital prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is fully deactivated;
2) Detach the coupling shield securely;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section carefully;
4) Rigorously check the motor installation plane for absolute flatness and cleanliness, ensuring it's devoid of any debris or attachments;
5) Design motor bolt holes slightly larger than the bolts to allow for necessary adjustments by loosening the bolts;
6) Gather a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets to firmly support the motor's base. Ensure these gaskets are impeccably flat and free from any contaminants. Avoid inserting long, thin gaskets between the motor and the base for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a highly accurate laser alignment tool, with a precision of 0.01mm, procured by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precise placement of a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines closely. Ensure the outer circle deviation does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft's center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and maintain coupling end face precision between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Once aligned, secure the motor foot bolts, then reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for any discrepancies;
12) After a thorough motor idling test, proceed with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following the successful adjustment of levelness and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts securely. After conducting mechanical operations or trial runs, release and then re-tighten these bolts for enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a delicate high-speed component, can suffer irreversible harm from any solid or liquid intrusions. It is crucial that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor remain pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion standards. Any pipelines falling short of these requirements must be promptly addressed. It is highly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor's intake to ensure purity.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that all import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary accessories as indicated in the PI diagram. Support the connected pipeline with a separate bracket, ensuring its weight does not impose on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, it's time to proceed with the compressor operation test. This step is crucial in ensuring that our advanced systems are perfectly aligned and ready for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For seamless integration and operational efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be executed through an underground threading pipe, ensuring a neat and protected setup. Once the electric control cabinet is secured in place, it's essential to connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, thereby ensuring a synchronized and responsive system.
