At the heart of MVR's operation lies a fundamental principle: the secondary steam produced by the evaporator is deftly compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This compression process skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an elevated pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This reheated steam is then reintroduced to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials, thereby generating evaporation. This cyclical process ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, ensuring a continuous, efficient, and sustainable operation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the seamless installation by placing the compressor base securely on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims strategically beneath the base for precise level adjustments,
alternating the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, ensure stability by spot welding the wedge-shaped irons at four to five points. Craft and install the wedge
according to your unique requirements, ensuring the contact surfaces are smooth for uniform inclined plane contact and reliable weight distribution.
The wedge iron's load-bearing capacity should be capped at 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Achieve optimal precision by using a level to perfectly balance the unit. The unit's axial and horizontal leveling requirements are set at 0.05/1000mm and 0.10/1000mm respectively,
ensuring both meticulousness and performance.

3.3.3 Maintain perfect alignment with the coupling centered. Before commencing alignment, adhere to these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely switched off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness, void of any debris, dirt, or extraneous materials;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for ease of loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Have an ample supply of smooth, stainless steel gaskets ready to secure the motor's foot, avoiding any imbalances by using only precise, non-slender gaskets;
7) Employ a dial indicator or an exceptionally accurate laser alignment meter (precision of 0.01mm) acquired by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the illustrative diagram below;

9) Utilize the motor hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator precisely on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe contacts the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line to converge, limiting the maximum deviation of the outer circle to 0.05mm, and aiming for a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm, whereby the motor shaft center line should ideally be elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and double-check for any outer circle runout and coupling end face runout,;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section, ensuring all is tightly secured and optimized for performance.
3.3.4 Once the casing's "levelness" and alignment are perfected, fasten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation or trial, loosen the bolts and retighten for ensured durability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, any foreign particles can cause significant harm. Thus, it's critical that both inlet and outlet pipelines connecting to the compressor are pristine and comply with the required steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant lines demand immediate rectification. It is highly
advisable to install solid-liquid separation devices (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe to maintain integrity.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure the pipelines are equipped with designated accessories as per the PI diagram. The connections to the compressor should be independently supported to prevent undue stress on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidification, it is time to embark on the exciting phase of conducting the compressor operation test. This pivotal test ensures that the system is ready for seamless, high-performance operation.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet, a vital component of the compressor system, should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter proximity to the compressor itself. For optimal performance and safety, the wiring between the compressor and the electric control cabinet must be routed through a threading pipe, ideally placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet has been securely stationed, the next step is to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and efficient system integration.
