The elevated temperature of the steam then returns to the evaporator, where it provides the necessary heat to the materials, fueling further evaporation. This smart cycle allows for the continuous recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, thereby optimizing energy use and efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compact, low temperature rise compressor's base securely upon the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims underneath for level adjustments.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, then, after achieving perfect leveling, complete spot welding at 4 to 5 points to ensure stability and durability.
The wedge should be crafted and installed with precision by the user, adhering to specific measurements. Ensure a uniform contact surface for seamless integration.
Make certain that the inclined plane of the wedge iron can bear a maximum load of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieve impeccable leveling using a level. The unit demands precise axial leveling of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal leveling of 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these precision standards to maintain optimal performance and efficiency of the compressor.

3.3.3 Achieve flawless coupling alignment by confirming the following prerequisites before commencing:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Dismantle the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation surface is pristine and free from debris;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size for easy loosening during adjustments;
6) Gather stainless steel gaskets to perfectly support the motor's feet, ensuring they are clean and properly flat.
7) Use a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, as provided by the customer.
8) Prepare a support bracket for the dial indicator, ensuring it fits as demonstrated in the accompanying illustration.

9) Use a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator accurately on the compressor's wheel hub edge.
10) Adjust motor feet bolts for precise alignment, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, verifying the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for precision.;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling's intermediate section post successful motor idle testing.
3.3.4 Post-alignment and levelness adjustments, tighten anchor bolts firmly. After a mechanical operation, retighten to secure stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain free from solids or liquids to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure all connected pipelines are pristine and match the system's steam corrosion grade specifications.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, following the PI diagram. Ensure all pipeline accessories are fitted, and that the weight is independently supported.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and equipment are installed and concrete solidified, conduct a thorough compressor operation test to ensure optimal functionality.
