3.3.1 Begin your installation by placing the sophisticated compressor base securely onto the prepared foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure the unit is perfectly level. This meticulous step is crucial for optimal performance.
Place the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once you've achieved the desired level, proceed with spot welding the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points for enhanced stability.
These wedges, crafted by the user to fit the specific installation environment, must have an immaculate contact surface ensuring even contact across the inclined planes.
The capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm
2). This ensures long-lasting durability and performance.
3.3.2 Using a precision level, ensure the compressor is perfectly aligned. The axial level tolerance is a precise 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level tolerance is 0.10/1000mm, ensuring high operational efficiency.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is paramount. Prior to commencing alignment, please confirm the following preparatory steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is turned off for safety.

4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously, ensuring it is free of any debris, dirt, or unwanted substances.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are appropriately sized, offering the flexibility needed to adjust motor positioning when necessary.
6) Prepare a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets for motor support. These should be pristine and flat, ensuring no attachments interfere. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustments between motor and base.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting a precision of 0.01mm, which customers need to provide.
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure.

To prevent irreversible damage, ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines connecting to the compressor are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe section.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with necessary pipeline accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. The pipelines affiliated with the compressor should be independently supported by an additional bracket, preventing any undue weight from bearing on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with its ancillary equipment, is expertly installed and the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidification, you may proceed with the compressor's operational testing.
