The fundamental principle is elegantly simple yet profoundly efficient: secondary steam created by the evaporator gets a powerful boost through a highly efficient steam compressor. This process cleverly converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an impressive rise in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated steam is then channeled back to the evaporator, where it heats materials, spurring continuous evaporation. This cycle marvelously recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, showcasing a pinnacle of sustainable technology.
The DM series boasts a Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor that is masterfully engineered, featuring key components such as the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base integrally upon the foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precise leveling of the unit.
Delicately alternate two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the irons with spot welds at approximately 4 to 5 strategic points. Ensure the wedge is
crafted and installed by the user to suit the specific situation, with the contact surface finished to guarantee a seamless connection (ensuring even contact on the inclined
plane). The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a high-precision level to meticulously find the level. The leveling requirements are precise: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm for the unit, ensuring unparalleled stability.

3.3.3 Ensure the coupling is impeccably centered. Prior to alignment, confirm these crucial steps:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for absolute cleanliness and absence of any debris;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts, allowing effortless adjustments;
6) Prepare a generous supply of stainless steel gaskets to fit perfectly under the motor feet. The gaskets should be pristine and flat, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (provided by the customer);
8) Set up the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator precisely as illustrated below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket facilitates the precise positioning of a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with a probe on the compressor's wheel hub outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines meticulously (or as per specific instructions), ensuring the maximum outer circle deviation is just 0.05mm (the motor shaft center line should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), and coupling end face deviation is a mere 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, and thoroughly review the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) With the motor's idle test completed, reinstall the intermediate coupling section.
3.3.4 Following the adjustments of 'levelness' and precise alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, release and retighten them for consolidated security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, demands protection from any solid or liquid intrusion, which could cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Thus, it's imperative that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and comply with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Any non-compliant pipelines must be upgraded. It is strongly
recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to maintain pristine conditions.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Ensure import and export pipelines are fitted with specific pipeline accessories following the PI diagram. Pipelines connecting to the compressor should be supported independently by an additional bracket, avoiding support by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached its full strength, it's time to embark on the exciting compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor for maximum efficiency. Ensure seamless integration by threading the connecting pipes underground from the compressor to the cabinet. Once in place, skillfully connect the wiring terminals within the electric control cabinet to the remote DCS lines, completing a flawless setup.
