The core principle revolves around the process where the secondary steam, emerging from the evaporator, is efficiently compressed using a high energy efficiency steam compressor. This conversion transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The resultant rise in temperature and pressure channels the secondary steam back to the evaporator, providing essential heat to the materials and inducing evaporation. As a result, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is ingeniously recycled, embodying a breakthrough in energy efficiency.
The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor is a marvel of engineering, primarily composed of key components such as the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. This compressor boasts a compact design, ensuring space efficiency, and is remarkably user-friendly when it comes to maintenance, making it a highly convenient choice for operators.
3.3.1 Ensure optimal placement of the compressor by positioning its integral base on the foundation. Carefully insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to facilitate seamless leveling.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately, achieving precision leveling, then lightly spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. Note:
The user should craft and install wedges tailored to the specific circumstances, ensuring an impeccable contact surface for maximal stability.
Each wedge should uniformly contact the inclined plane, maintaining a load bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level tool to ascertain the perfect level. Critical leveling requirements are as follows: Axial level at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.
Leveling is crucial to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the unit.
3.3.3 For coupling alignment, adhere to the following preparatory steps for flawless execution:
1) Ensure complete safety by switching off the main power supply;
2) Detach the coupling shield to access internal components;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is impeccably flat and devoid of any foreign materials, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, allowing bolt loosening for precise motor adjustments;
6) Adequately prepared stainless steel gaskets should span the motor foot, clean and flat, avoiding elongated thin gaskets for optimal adjustment outcomes;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, with an accuracy of 0.01mm, provided by the customer;
8) Assemble the bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying illustration;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator around the hub's edge, ensuring the dial probe contacts the compressor wheel hub's outer rim;
10) Precisely adjust the motor feet bolts, aligning the compressor and motor centerline to near perfection, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft's centerline should surpass the compressor's low-speed shaft line, maintaining a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Secure the motor foot bolts meticulously, reassessing both outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for assured accuracy;;
12) Post-idling motor test, diligently reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After achieving precise 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, firmly fasten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten the bolts for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a vital high-speed component, demands protection from debris. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines meet stringent cleanliness and steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate remediation. For added precaution,install solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 When installing compressor inlet and outlet pipes, integrate essential pipeline accessories per the PI diagram. Support connected pipelines with separate brackets to prevent undue strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its auxiliary equipment, and once the concrete has fully set, it is time to conduct the operational test of the Frequency Conversion Compressor with Overall Base and Fan Adjustment. This is a pivotal moment that ensures the flawless functionality and precision of your advanced system.
3.3.8 The sophisticated electric control cabinet for the compressor should find its place within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure seamless connectivity by using threading pipes to connect the wiring underground, establishing a reliable link between the compressor and the electric control cabinet. Once the cabinet is meticulously positioned, proceed to interconnect the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, bringing a smooth and efficient electrical interface to life.
