This steam is efficiently compressed by a high-performance, energy-efficient steam compressor. Through this process, electrical energy is transformed into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Subsequently, the heightened temperature of the secondary steam returns to the evaporator, where it is used to heat the materials and trigger further evaporation. This process masterfully recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, epitomizing sustainable and efficient energy use.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base must be securely positioned on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely adjust the unit level, ensuring precision.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points for stability. These wedges should be
created and installed by the user based on specific conditions, guaranteeing a finished surface for seamless contact of inclined planes.
Wedges should be capable of bearing up to 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a leveling tool to ensure precision. The unit's leveling requirements are set at a meticulous 0.05/1000mm for axial level and 0.10/1000mm for horizontal level.

3.3.3 Coupling requires precise centering. Prior to alignment, ensure these crucial steps are taken:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to proceed;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, or any attachments that could impede performance;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt sizes to allow easy adjustment and secure placement;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to fit the motor's feet. Gaskets must be clean and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated and narrow gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting 0.01mm accuracy (to be sourced by the customer);
8) Ready the bracket for dial indicator support, as illustrated below;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for securing the dial indicator at the hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust motor feet bolts for alignment, ensuring the motor and compressor center lines align, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, and coupling end face tolerance between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Once aligned, secure motor foot bolts and recheck coupling's outer and end face runout for precision.;
12) Post motor idling test, install the coupling intermediate section to complete the process.
3.3.4 Once the casing's alignment and levelness are perfected, anchor bolts should be tightened. After mechanical operations or testing, repeat the tightening process for secure installation.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical, high-speed component. Ensure no solids or liquids infiltrate the impeller to avoid permanent compressor damage. Keep the inlet and outlet pipelines impeccably clean, meeting the steam corrosion standards of the system. Pipelines falling short must be upgraded for optimal function. It is advised to
install solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor's straight inlet pipe for additional safety.
3.3.6 When fitting compressor inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to PI diagram specifications. Auxiliary supports should bear the pipeline’s weight, never imposing it on the compressor body, ensuring the system's integrity and longevity.
3.3.7 Following the successful installation of the main fan along with its ancillary equipment and the full curing of the concrete, you can commence the compressor operation test. This crucial step marks the readiness of your setup, ensuring optimal performance and safety from the get-go.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring pathway from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be carefully routed through an underground threading pipe. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring seamless communication and control.
