This process results in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. As a result, the temperature-boosted steam is sent back to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, inducing further evaporation. This clever cycle allows the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam to be recycled, making it a marvel of sustainable engineering and efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor's robust base integrally upon the foundation. For precise leveling, place wedge-shaped shims under the base.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons to achieve balance. Once perfectly level, secure the irons by spot welding at 4 to 5 strategic points.
Users are encouraged to craft and position the wedge according to their specific environmental conditions, ensuring even contact on the inclined plane.
Remember, the wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm squared

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's perfect balance. The axial and horizontal leveling must adhere to the stringent ratios of 0.05/1000mm and 0.10/1000mm respectively.
These standards ensure optimal performance and longevity.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling alignment by first confirming these preparatory steps:
1) Ensure all operations are safe by switching off the main power supply;
2) Dismantle the protective coupling shield with care;
3) Gently remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for any residual dirt or foreign objects, ensuring a clean surface;
5) The motor bolt hole should accommodate easy adjustments with a size larger than the bolt itself, facilitating smooth motor adjustments;
6) Ample stainless steel gaskets should be prepared to fit snugly under the motor, ensuring no unwanted material is present, and avoiding long or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Equip yourself with a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter possessing a precision of 0.01mm;
8) Arrange a stable bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to install the dial indicator, placing the probe accurately on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum deviation within 0.05mm for the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm for the coupling end face.

11) Conclude the alignment by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, reviewing both the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling.;
12) Once the motor idling test is completed, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operations, retighten the bolts for assured security.
3.3.5 The high-speed impeller demands a pristine environment, as any solid or liquid intrusion may irreparably damage the compressor. Ensure all connecting inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculate and meet stringent steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be promptly rectified.
For superior performance, consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee prior to the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Attach necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure these pipelines are independently supported, avoiding any weight burden on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and all its ancillary equipment is completed, followed by the full solidification of the concrete, you can confidently proceed with conducting the compressor operation test, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 For seamless and efficient operation, the electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Utilize threading pipes to connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring it is routed safely and securely underground. Once the electric control cabinet is correctly situated, establish a robust connection between the wiring terminals in the cabinet and the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), guaranteeing a smooth and uninterrupted interface.
