At its core, this innovative system works by taking the secondary steam produced by the evaporator and compressing it using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, effectively boosting the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. As a result, the elevated temperature of the secondary steam is cycled back into the evaporator, providing necessary heat to materials, and inducing further evaporation. This ingenious recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam epitomizes efficient energy use.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely upon the foundation and insert wedge-shaped shims beneath to fine-tune the unit's level. These shims act as precise adjusters, ensuring proper alignment.
Alternate the positioning of the wedge-shaped irons, achieving perfect equilibrium. Once leveled, spot weld the wedges at four to five key points. The user should adequately manufacture and install these wedges.
Ensure that the contact surface is meticulously finished to guarantee firm and even contact on the inclined plane.
The supporting capacity of each wedge shall not exceed 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to establish horizontal and axial balance. The exacting leveling standards are 0.05/1000mm axially and 0.10/1000mm horizontally.

3.3.3 Achieving perfect coupling alignment requires preparedness. Ensure the following criteria are met before commencing:
1) Disconnect the primary power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Verify that the motor installation plane is immaculate, free from debris or other obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are oversized relative to the bolts to facilitate fine adjustments;
6) Prepare a sufficient quantity of flat, attachment-free stainless steel gaskets to support the motor foot. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment tool, with a tolerance of 0.01mm, to achieve precise alignment (to be provided by the customer);
8) Equip a sturdy bracket as demonstrated below to support the dial indicator;

9) The motor hub mounting bracket allows for precise placement of a dial indicator, ensuring the probe is positioned on the outer perimeter of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust the bolts strategically around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line accurately. The maximum permissible deviation is 0.05mm for the outer circle, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then revisit and verify the external circle and end face alignment of the coupling.
12) Following a successful motor idle test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section to complete the setup.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and precise alignment of the casing are achieved, tighten the anchor bolts firmly. After any mechanical or trial operation, release and re-tighten these bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed component, must remain free from solid or liquid contaminants to prevent irreversible damage. Therefore, ensure all connecting pipelines are pristine and meet the steam corrosion criteria of the system. Pipelines failing to meet these standards require rectification. Integrating solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is highly recommended.
3.3.6 Carefully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. All import and export pipes should include necessary pipeline accessories as indicated in the PI diagram. Support any pipeline linked to the compressor with an independent bracket to avoid imposing weight on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Following the successful installation of the main fan and its supporting equipment, and once the concrete has fully cured, you may proceed with the operational testing of the compressor. This ensures that the equipment is ready for efficient performance and reliability.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within 5 meters of the compressor itself. Connection to the cabinet should be seamless, utilizing threading pipes to discreetly run wiring underground. Once the cabinet is securely installed, ensure a robust link by connecting its wiring terminals with the lines at the remote DCS for smooth, remote-controlled operations.
