The core principle revolves around an advanced process where the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is efficiently compressed by a state-of-the-art, high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This process masterfully converts electrical energy into thermal energy, leading to an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature and pressure allow this steam to be redirected back into the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials to induce further evaporation. This creates a cyclical process that marvelously recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, paving the way for an incredibly efficient system.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Position the compressor base securely on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for leveling.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons underneath, level the unit precisely, and spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points for stability.
Users should manufacture and install wedges tailored to the actual conditions, ensuring the contact surface is finished for smooth, even contact.
Note: The load capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Use a precision level to achieve accurate leveling. Specifications: axial level at 0.05/1000mm, horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Ensure precise coupling alignment by adhering to the following steps:

1) Disengage the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Detach the coupling shield carefully to access internal components.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section smoothly.
4) Confirm the motor installation plane is flat and clear of debris for optimal performance.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are adequately sized, allowing for adjustment flexibility by loosening bolts.
6) Have an ample supply of flat stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy for precision alignment.
8) Prepare an appropriate bracket for dial indicator support, as depicted in the accompanying illustration.
9) Position the motor hub mounting bracket properly, placing a dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.

10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet carefully to align compressor and motor center lines, ensuring max deviation of 0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then verify outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for final checks.

12) Conduct a motor idling test before installing the coupling's intermediate section.;
3.3.4 Post alignment, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Following a mechanical operation or trial run, retighten for assurance.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands clean inlet and outlet pipelines to prevent irreparable damage to the compressor.
Ensure pipelines meet the system's steam corrosion standards and rectify non-compliant pipelines without delay.
Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes as per the PI diagram, ensuring external support for pipelines to avoid stress on the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supplementary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully cured, the stage is set for conducting a comprehensive compressor operation test. This ensures optimal performance and reliability of our advanced technology.
3.3.8 Position the compressor's electric control cabinet strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure seamless connectivity by threading the wiring through underground pipes, linking the compressor and the control cabinet. Once the electric control cabinet is secure, proceed to connect its wiring terminals to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless integration and command over the system.
