Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern, meticulously crafted for this purpose. Once you achieve flawless leveling, proceed to expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. 2) Carefully remove the coupling shield with precision;
3) Skillfully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section, ensuring precision and care;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is clean and free of any foreign materials;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for bolt loosening to facilitate motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of premium stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets must be perfectly flat and free of any attachments, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter with accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be provided by the customer;

The motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated relative to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts and critically reviewing the outer circular runout and the end face runout of the coupling to achieve optimal alignment.
12) After successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section to ensure seamless and continuous operation.

Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculately clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing to meet these standards must undergo necessary rectifications.It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a state-of-the-art gas scrubber or an efficient sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to secure system integrity and longevity.
3.3.6 Proceed with installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. It is imperative to equip the import and export pipelines with essential pipeline accessories, as detailed in the PI diagram. To maintain the compressor's integrity, ensure the pipeline connected to it is supported by a separate bracket, thereby preventing any undue load on the compressor body itself. This meticulous attention to detail will safeguard the compressor's performance and longevity.
3.3.7 Following the meticulous installation of the main fan and its associated equipment, and with the concrete foundation achieving complete solidity, you are now ready to embark on the exhilarating phase of performing a comprehensive compressor operation test. 3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Utilize a durable threading pipe for a seamless connection of the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring it is discreetly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely stationed, carefully connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust and reliable control link that promises efficient and effective control.
