3.3.1 To ensure a seamless integration, place the compressor base directly onto the foundation, utilizing wedge-shaped shims strategically positioned beneath the base. These shims are essential for precise level adjustments.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons alternately, achieving meticulous leveling of the unit, and perform spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points for optimal stability. It is crucial that these wedges are expertly manufactured and installed by users based on the actual setup.
The contact surfaces must be flawlessly finished to ensure even contact across inclined planes, while ensuring the wedge iron's bearing capacity remains at or below 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain accuracy. The unit's leveling specifications demand an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal precision of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring flawless performance.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling centering. Before commencing alignment, ensure compliance with the following prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring absence of debris, dirt, or any attachments;
5) Verify that the motor bolt hole exceeds the bolt size, permitting easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage, ensuring the gaskets are pristine and flat. Avoid using long or thin gaskets for precision adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a superb accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be customer-provided;
8) Have a bracket ready for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) Securely mount the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, positioning a dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge to ensure flawless readings;
10) By adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line with precision. The maximum deviation of the outer circle should be limited to 0.05mm, while ensuring the motor shaft's center is slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft. Coupling end face tolerance should remain between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Once aligned, secure the motor foot bolts, and conduct a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test to ensure exact alignment.
3.3.4 Once the "levelness" and alignment of the casing are perfected, anchor the setup by tightening the bolts. After a mechanical or trial operation, relax and then retighten the bolts for enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a component of high-speed rotation, demands pristine conditions; any solid or liquid intrusion could inflict irreversible damage on the compressor. Thus, maintain inlet and outlet pipelines immaculately clean, adhering to the steam corrosion grade specifications of the system.For added protection, we recommend implementing solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Utilize relevant pipeline accessories as depicted in the PI diagram, ensuring the pipeline connected to the compressor is independently supported by an additional bracket, rather than relying on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its ancillary equipment have been precisely installed and the concrete foundation has completely solidified, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter proximity to the compressor itself, ensuring optimum control and efficiency. The wiring between the compressor and its electric control cabinet should be securely connected using threading pipes that are discreetly laid underground. Once the electric control cabinet is in its designated place, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) for unmatched operational synergy.
