3.3.1 Begin by firmly situating the compressor base on its designated foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely tune the unit's level.
Strategically arrange pairs of wedge-shaped irons, alternating their placement. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, apply spot welds to secure the irons at 4-5 strategic points.
These wedges are to be custom-manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to your specific needs. Ensure that the contact surfaces are expertly finished for uniform contact and optimal stability.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity must be meticulously maintained at no greater than 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Employ a precise level to achieve impeccable flatness. The unit demands stringent leveling: the axial level precision is at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level precision is at a meticulous 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure the unit is leveled to these exacting standards for optimal performance and durability.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Prior to commencing alignment, meticulously confirm the following prerequisites:
1) First, ensure safety by disconnecting the main power supply.
2) Proceed to remove the protective coupling shield for unobstructed access.
3) Carefully extract the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it's free from any debris, dirt, or unwanted residues.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts, enabling easy loosening for fine motor adjustments.
6) Equip yourself with ample stainless steel gaskets to uniformly support the motor's foot, ensuring they are devoid of any attachments and exhibit perfect flatness. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, to ensure precision alignment. Note: This equipment should be sourced by the customer.
8) Prepare the specialized bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix the dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe is placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for precision.
10) Delicately adjust the motor foot's bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines seamlessly. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle remains a precise 0.05mm, with the motor shaft's center line positioned slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, rigorously checking both the outer circle runout and end face runout for any discrepancies.;
12) Once the motor passes its idling test, securely install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post 'levelness' and casing alignment adjustments, ensure the anchor bolts are securely tightened. After the initial mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts for added security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands protection against any solid or liquid incursions, as these could lead to irreversible compressor damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculate and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines falling short of these requisites must undergo rectification.
It is recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe to bolster safety.
3.3.6 Strive for excellence by carefully installing both the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. The installation must align with PI diagram specifications, with each pipeline accessory duly considered. The pipeline resting on the compressor should be independently supported, ensuring its weight doesn't burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, you are ready to proceed with the comprehensive compressor operation test. This ensures that every function operates seamlessly, guaranteeing maximal efficiency and performance of the Advanced Steam Compressor with Guide Vane Adjustment for Vanadium Extraction.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet, an essential component of the compressor system, should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor.
