The core principle of this technology is the transformation of secondary steam, generated within the evaporator, into a powerful force. A high-energy efficiency steam compressor compresses this steam, converting electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam escalate, allowing it to return to the evaporator where it plays a crucial role in heating materials and instigating evaporation. This process ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, marking a monumental step forward in energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by meticulously placing the compressor base integrally upon the foundation, adding wedge-shaped shims beneath to achieve unit level adjustment. These shims ensure precision and stability,
alternating the wedge-shaped irons for optimal balance. Once leveled, secure these with spot welds at 4 to 5 critical points. It's essential that these wedges are
tailored and installed by the user, reflecting the unique conditions of your setup, ensuring even contact on inclined surfaces.
Be mindful that the wedge's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain the unit's precision. The leveling standards dictate that the axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal
level maintained at 0.10/1000mm, guaranteeing optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable coupling alignment by following these preparatory steps:
1) Cut the power supply to the main unit to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for further adjustments;
4) Verify the motor installation's flatness, ensuring it's free from foreign particles, dirt, and other unwanted materials;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes are spacious enough for loose adjustments, accommodating the bolts seamlessly;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets at hand, designed to fit beneath the motor feet without any debris. Avoid using long, thin gaskets as they may not provide sufficient adjustment capabilities;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a highly precise laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm) as provided by the customer;
8) Prepare the bracket needed to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) The motor wheel hub's mounting bracket ensures the dial indicator is precisely positioned at the wheel hub's edge, facilitating accurate measurements;
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts to ensure the compressor and motor center lines are aligned. The maximum outer circle deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated relative to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain the coupling end face within 0.03~0.05mm tolerance;

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts, re-evaluate the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout,ensuring they meet the specified standards;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idle test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment have been adjusted, firmly secure the anchor bolts. After the mechanical operation or trial run, it's paramount to loosen and retighten these bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 As the impeller represents a high-velocity rotating component, any intrusion of solids or liquids can wreak irreversible damage to the compressor. Thus, it's crucial to maintain cleanliness and adhere to the steam corrosion standards for the system's pipelines connected to the compressor. Pipelines not meeting these criteria must be rectified. It is highly
recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the straight pipe section at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 When installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensure all relevant pipeline accessories are fitted according to the PI diagram. The compressor itself should not bear the pipeline's weight; instead, use a separate support bracket.
3.3.7 Following the precise installation of the main fan and its accompanying equipment, and ensuring the concrete has fully solidified, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This critical step guarantees the system's readiness and performance, paving the way for efficient functionality and operational success.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring should involve a streamlined process using threading pipes, with a focus on underground installation for safety and durability. Once the control cabinet is securely positioned, make sure to seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals with the remote DCS lines, ensuring a cohesive and efficient electrical setup.
