3.3.1 To ensure the exceptional performance of your Steam Compressor with Overall Base and Guide Vane Adjustment Features from NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, delicately place the compressor base on a sturdy and secure foundation. With care, position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, skillfully employed to fine-tune the unit to an exact level, ensuring unparalleled stability and performance.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in a carefully alternating pattern. Once the unit reaches perfect leveling, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedge must be custom-crafted and installed by the user, tailored to accommodate the specific situation, ensuring a perfectly smooth contact surface for optimal force distribution.
The contact surface requires exquisite finishing to guarantee even contact of the inclined plane. It is crucial that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron remains under 40Kg/cm2, to maintain the structural integrity and efficient performance of the compressor.
3.3.2 Utilize a precise level to meticulously set the unit's level. The rigorous leveling standards dictate that the axial level of the unit be 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm, guaranteeing unmatched precision and operational excellence.
3.3.3 Achieve flawless coupling alignment by meticulously following these essential steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off to maintain utmost safety;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield with caution;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision and care;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness to ensure it is perfectly clean and free from any foreign materials;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes exceed the size of the bolts themselves, allowing for bolt loosening to facilitate motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of premium quality stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets must be impeccably flat and devoid of any attachments, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer should provide;

12) Upon successful completion of motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section for seamless and efficient operation.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been expertly adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts to ensure steadfast stability. Following mechanical operation or trial operation, it is essential to loosen and retighten the bolts to ascertain enduring reliability and performance.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's role as a high-speed rotating component, it is crucial to prevent any intrusion of solids or liquids, which could cause irreparable damage to the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristinely clean and fully conform to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines not meeting these standards must undergo necessary rectifications.It is highly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to safeguard system integrity and ensure optimal performance.
3.3.6 Begin the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. The imported and exported pipelines must be equipped with essential pipeline accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. It is absolutely vital that the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported by an independent bracket. This ensures that no excess weight is transferred to the compressor body, preserving its integrity and performance.
3.3.7 Following the meticulous installation of the main fan and its related apparatus, and once the concrete foundation has reached its full strength, you're poised to enter the exhilarating stage of conducting a compressor operation test. This essential step is designed to verify that every component is functioning flawlessly and the entire system is operating at peak efficiency.
3.3.8 Strategically position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius of the unit. To achieve a seamless connection, utilize a robust threading pipe to link the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring it remains unobtrusively concealed underground. With the electric control cabinet securely in place, proceed to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, establishing a strong and reliable control link that ensures smooth operation and management.
