Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure flawless operation and stability, position the compressor base seamlessly on its foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims strategically beneath the base to fine-tune the horizontal balance of the entire unit.
Methodically alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit's levelness. Secure these with spot welds at several points for steadfastness and reliability.
The construction and installation of wedges should align with the specific circumstances, ensuring a refined contact surface for an even interface.
The inclined plane contact must be even, and the wedge's load-bearing should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Achieve impeccable precision using a level tool. The unit's axial level should not exceed 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should remain below 0.10/1000mm.
These exacting standards ensure unparalleled performance and efficiency.

3.3.3 Perfectly align the coupling. Prior to alignment, ensure the following critical steps are completed:
1) Securely disable the main power supply, safeguarding the operation.
2) Remove the coupling shield with precision.
3) Take out the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section safely.
4) Diligently check the motor installation plane for any debris or foreign materials.
5) Maximize adjustability by ensuring motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts, facilitating easy adjustments.
6) Ensure enough pristine stainless steel gaskets are on hand, fit precisely under the motor foot without contaminants or imperfections.
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter for utmost accuracy, essentials procured by the customer.
8) Have at your disposal the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the guidance provided.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to accurately position a dial indicator, ensuring the probe reaches the compressor wheel hub’s outer edge.
10) With precision, adjust the motor foot bolts, aligning the compressor and motor so their center lines converge perfectly, with minimal deviation.

11) Conclusively, secure the motor foot bolts and re-inspect the coupling for outer circle and end face runout, ensuring stringent adherence to guidelines.;
12) Seamlessly reinstall the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test, guaranteeing optimal performance.
3.3.4 Post alignment and level adjustments, tighten the anchor bolts firmly. Reassess and retighten after mechanical or trial operation, ensuring steadfastness.
3.3.5 Recognize the impeller as a critical, high-speed component. Any ingress of solids or liquids can cause irreparable damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards.
Solid-liquid separation devices such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees are recommended before the compressor inlet to further safeguard the system.
3.3.6 When installing compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensure adherence to the PI diagram. Support the pipeline independently to avoid undue strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment has been completed and the concrete has fully solidified, it's time to proceed with the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the proper functioning and efficiency of the system.
3.3.8 For optimal operation and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be positioned within 5 meters of the compressor itself. The wiring from the compressor to this cabinet should be expertly connected using a threading pipe, which must be carefully routed underground to maintain a clean and safe environment. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, diligently connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and control.
