3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation, delicately positioned with wedge-shaped shims beneath (crafted for precise unit leveling).
Alternately arrange two wedge-shaped irons, finalize the leveling of the unit, then elegantly spot weld the wedges in 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges are to be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to specific conditions. Ensure that the contact surface is impeccably finished, allowing for perfectly even contact on the inclined
plane. Note, the load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain perfect horizontal alignment. The unit's leveling precision demands: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, and a flawless horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm—ensuring peak performance.
3.3.3 Achieve coupling excellence through meticulous centering. Before commencing alignment, ensure these vital prerequisites are met:
1) Completely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Gently take out the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane to confirm it is free from foreign debris, dirt, and any extraneous matter;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes exceed the bolt size, permitting easy bolt adjustment for motor alignment;
6) Have an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot. These must be blemish-free and perfectly flat, avoiding the use of elongated, thin gaskets for fine-tuning adjustments;
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (provided by the customer);
8) Prepare an optimal bracket for dial indicator support, as illustrated below;
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer perimeter;
10) Meticulously adjust bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines precisely (or as detailed in specific instructions), ensuring a maximal outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line), and a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and conduct a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts;
12) Conclude by reinstalling the coupling's intermediate section post-motor idling test.
3.3.4 Following the precise adjustments of 'levelness' and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. Post-operation (or during trial runs), loosen and re-tighten these bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands pristine conditions; any foreign solid or liquid intrusion spells irreversible harm. Thus, ensure that pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculate and conform to the system's stringent steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must undergo rectification. We recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, strategically before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are equipped with appropriate accessories as delineated in the PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor should be independently supported to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon complete installation of the main fan and ancillary equipment, and after the concrete has fully solidified, you are primed to conduct the compressor operation test seamlessly.
