MVR, which stands for Mechanical Vapor Recompression, is a cutting-edge energy-saving technology designed to dramatically reduce the need for external energy by ingeniously reusing the secondary steam energy it produces. The core of this innovative principle is that the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is efficiently compressed using a high-performance steam compressor, transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, the secondary steam experiences an increase in both pressure and temperature. This heightened temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials and drives the evaporation process. This process ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, optimizing energy use and enhancing efficiency.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is engineered for excellence, featuring a compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instruments, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor's robust base integrally on its prepared foundation. Underneath this base, insert strategically arranged wedge-shaped shims, essential for fine-tuning the unit's level.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons meticulously. Once the unit attains perfect leveling, secure it by spot welding the wedges at 4 to 5 critical points. Users are responsible for crafting and installing these wedges tailored to their specific circumstances.
Ensure the contact surface is expertly finished to guarantee even contact across the inclined plane, maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the installation.
The bearing capacity of these expertly devised wedge irons should not exceed 40Kg/cm²,
2ensuring optimal performance.
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain accuracy. The leveling criteria for the unit are stringent: the axial level precision is set at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level precision is 0.10/1000mm.
This ensures peak operational efficiency.

3.3.3 Attain precision in coupling alignment. Prior to embarking on alignment, ensure the following crucial steps are taken:
1) Completely disengage the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Verify the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is immaculate and devoid of any debris or obstructions;
5) The motor bolt hole must exceed the bolt size, allowing easy adjustment by loosening the bolts;
6) Stock an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to secure the motor's foot, ensuring they are attachment-free and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated or slim gaskets for insertion between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with accuracy down to 0.01mm, which the customer should prepare;
8) Have ready the bracket for the dial indicator as depicted in the subsequent figure;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning a dial indicator probe along the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust surrounding motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, achieving a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle. The motor shaft center should be slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft, with coupling end face deviations maintained between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, subsequently reassessing the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for utmost precisionbefore proceeding.
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 After confirming the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post any mechanical or trial operation, repeat loosening and re-tightening of the bolts to ensure continued stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a vital high-speed component, demands protection. Any intrusion of solids or liquids can result in catastrophic damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are scrupulously clean and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing to meet these standards necessitate immediate rectification.
For enhanced protection, consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe section.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. These pipelines, integral to import and export processes, must be fitted with appropriate pipeline accessories per the PI diagram's specifications. Ensure the weight of these pipelines is supported independently, not by the compressor body itself, to maintain structural integrity.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment, and with the concrete having reached full solidity, you are poised to embark on the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures that all components are seamlessly integrated and functional.
3.3.8 To ensure optimal performance and safety, the compressor's electric control cabinet must be situated within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be securely established using threading pipes routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, it is crucial to connect its wiring terminals with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
