While leveling, alternate two wedge-shaped irons and spot weld them at 4 to 5 points for enhanced stability.
The user should manufacture and install the wedge according to actual requirements, ensuring a finished contact surface for impeccable alignment.
The inclined plane must ensure even contact, with the wedge's bearing capacity not exceeding a robust 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level for accurate readings. Leveling standards demand an axial precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal precision of 0.10/1000mm for the unit.
Maintain these exacting standards for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by ensuring the following prerequisites are met before starting:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply, safeguarding your installation process.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield, preparing for precise alignment.
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to facilitate alignment.
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is immaculate, free from any debris or unwanted attachments.
5) The motor bolt hole should exceed the bolt size for easy adjustments.
6) Prepare ample flat stainless steel gaskets for motor support, avoiding long, thin gaskets that could compromise stability.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy, customer-supplied) for exact measurements.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support your dial indicator, as detailed in the accompanying diagram.

9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket to place a dial indicator for precision measurement on the compressor wheel hub's edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately, with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm.

11) Tighten all motor foot bolts securely and review coupling runout for flawless alignment.;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling intermediate section, following a successful motor idle test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, secure the anchor bolts. After trial operations, retighten to ensure continued stability.
3.3.5 Protect the high-speed impeller from damage by ensuring inlet and outlet pipelines are free from solid or liquid intrusions and meet system steam corrosion standards.
Enhance protection with solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, to maintain optimal conditions.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipelines with appropriate accessories per the PI diagram. The pipeline should be independently supported, relieving the compressor body from undue weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial stage ensures that everything is functioning perfectly, marking a pivotal step in the path to operational excellence.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. It is essential that the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is impeccably connected using a threading pipe that is placed underground for optimal safety and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is established in its designated spot, it's necessary to seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a flawless integration that promises reliability and precision.
