Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base, a cornerstone of stability, is meticulously placed on the foundation. Carefully insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to precisely adjust the unit's level.
Alternate the wedge-shaped irons and, upon achieving perfect leveling, spot weld them securely at 4 to 5 strategic points.
These wedges, custom-made by you according to the specific conditions, ensure flawless contact on the inclined plane.
They are engineered to endure a robust bearing capacity of no more than 40 Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 For precision leveling, employ a level to align the unit. The axial level precision is an impressive 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level requires 0.10/1000mm accuracy.
This precision ensures optimal performance and reliability.

3.3.3 Impeccable coupling alignment is paramount. Prior to this, confirm the following steps:
1) The main power supply must be turned off for safety;
2) Remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section meticulously;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is immaculate and free from any obstructions;
5) The motor bolt hole should be appropriately larger than the bolt size for easy adjustments;
6) Gather sufficient flat, stainless steel gaskets for the motor's feet, avoiding long and thin gaskets for adjustment;
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (customer-provided);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as per the accompanying diagram.

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, placing the probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By fine-tuning adjustment bolts at the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines seamlessly, ensuring deviations are minimal.

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts and thoroughly check the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts.;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling's intermediate section after a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After the mechanical operation or a trial run, loosen and re-tighten the bolts to ensure sustained stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands pristine conditions. Any solid or liquid intrusion can cause irreparable damage.
Ensure the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and compliant with the system's steam corrosion standards.
3.3.6 Pipelines must be supported independently and not impose weight on the compressor. Carefully install all relevant pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram for seamless integration.
3.3.7 Once you've triumphantly installed the main fan and its accompanying equipment, and the concrete has reached its perfect solidity, you're ready to forge ahead with the exhilarating compressor operation test. This pivotal moment ensures everything is primed for unparalleled performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within an ideal 5m radius of the compressor. Skillfully connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet using threading pipes, seamlessly routing them underground. Upon securing the electric control cabinet in its optimal place, meticulously link the wiring terminals within to the lines at the remote DCS. This meticulous setup ensures a smooth flow of operations and enhances the treatment process efficiency.
