3.3.1 Position the compressor foundation seamlessly and securely onto the base. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to fine-tune the unit's level with precision. These wedges serve as essential tools to achieve flawless alignment.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately to stabilize the unit. Once leveled, expertly spot weld these wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points to ensure unwavering stability.
The manufacturing and installation of wedges are tailored to the user's specific circumstances. The contact surface must be meticulously finished to guarantee full and even contact with the inclined plane.

3.3.2 For the utmost precision in leveling, employ a level to fine-tune the adjustment. The axial level of the unit boasts a remarkable 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level is equally impressive at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 The coupling alignment is crucial. Before commencing, verify the following prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, free of debris and grime;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt itself, permitting easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's foot. These gaskets should be pristine and impeccably flat. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustment purposes;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an impressive 0.01mm accuracy, procured by the customer;
8) Prepare the bracket, as depicted, for dial indicator support;
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is meticulously designed to hold a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines to perfection, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should surpass the compressor low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and conduct a thorough review of the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 After attaining impeccable 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Upon completing the mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts to secure the setup.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, is susceptible to damage from any solid or liquid infiltration. Ensuring the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and compliant with steam corrosion standards is paramount. Any non-compliant pipelines must undergo rectification.Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for optimal safety.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Import and export pipelines should be fitted with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline connecting to the compressor requires independent support to avoid burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached its complete solidification, it's time to embark on the exhilarating journey of conducting the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures that all components are seamlessly working in harmony, setting the stage for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For the electric control cabinet of the compressor, precision is key. It must be strategically situated within a 5m radius of the compressor. The connection journey from the compressor to this cabinet traverses through an underground threading pipe, ensuring both protection and efficiency. Once the control cabinet is perfectly positioned, the next step involves the precise linking of its wiring terminals with the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) lines, forging a robust and reliable operational framework.
