This elevated steam then returns triumphantly to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and generates evaporation, masterfully recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is to be seamlessly positioned on the foundation. To achieve a precise level, position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base. These shims are crucial for adjusting the unit to achieve a perfectly level stance,
place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating manner. Once the unit is expertly leveled, secure the shims with spot welds at 4~5 strategic points. These wedges should be
custom-made and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions present, ensuring the contact surface is perfectly finished (this guarantees even contact on inclined
planes). The wedge iron must not exceed a bearing capacity of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the unit's exact alignment. The leveling parameters demand that the axial level should be a precise 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level should be set at a meticulous 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Coupling alignment is pivotal. Prior to commencing the alignment process, ensure the following essential prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the primary power source completely;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediary segment;
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane flatness to confirm it is devoid of any foreign particles, dirt, or attachments;
5) Guarantee the motor's bolt holes exceed the bolt dimensions, facilitating bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Assemble sufficient stainless steel gaskets to encompass the motor's footings. These gaskets must be impeccably clean and flat. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (customer supplied);
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying figure;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the outer perimeter of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By meticulously adjusting the bolts around the motor's feet, align the compressor and motor center lines (or follow specific instructions), ensuring a maximal outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (the motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line), coupling end face deviation should be 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then reassess both the outer circle runout and the coupling's end face runout;
12) Reinstall the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section following a motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are optimally adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts. Post the mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and then retighten the bolts to ensure steadfastness.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high velocity, and any intrusion of solids or liquids can inflict irreversible damage to the compressor. Thus, it's imperative to maintain immaculate cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, complying with the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified. It's highly
recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. The import and export pipelines must feature the relevant accessories, aligned with the PI diagram. Ensure pipelines connected to the compressor are independently supported by another bracket, rather than relying on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and all its supplementary equipment are securely installed, and the concrete has achieved full solidity, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For optimal operation of the compressor, the electric control cabinet must be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection wiring should be meticulously threaded through underground pipes, ensuring durability and safety. When the electric control cabinet is set up, it is essential to connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the corresponding lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), guaranteeing seamless integration and control.
